  • Even from childhood I realized that I REALLY HATED JESUS CHRIST. I was about 5 when I knew he was a fraud. My parents weren't part of this, but I just knew from the GO that this guy and that filthy bible were to blame for wars, hatred, bigotry, so I thought: BEST to stay about from religion, particularily one with jesus! Believing in that 'savior' is like dancing in a pile of warm dog shit.

  • NEWS FLASH

Paul wrote his events AFTER Jesus was resurected.

  • Jesus appeared 11 times over a 40 day period,(after His horrible death); then ascended, before witnesses, altering their lives in such a way, as they would preach the Gospel until martyrdom./Do you hear that crackling sound, like bacon in a frying pan? That is what becomes of those who disrespect the Lord Jesus;/ who is the Son of God and part of the Trinity of Father, Son, and Holy Spirit - as was made evident at His baptism = "You are my beloved son, in whom I am well pleased"- dove.

  • go dr. craig!

  • why dont you start by showing an undisputed evuidence of jesuses existence with a contemporary acount of his existence . ohh thats right thier isn't one.

  • downgrade it all you want, christians, the only real proof the hippie you call jesus christ existed is worth as much as your "shroud of turin" fake legend. sorry. get your facts straight.

  • If the event is such a core belief in Christian doctrine then why are there inconsistencies? Would God leave this event in such a way as to be disputed?

Quran 5:48 'And We have sent down to you the book in truth, confirming the scripture that came before it and as a witness over it...

  • There is an article in wikipedia about the book of Luxenberg: This article has the same toitle as the book:

The Syro-Aramaic Reading of the Koran

    Many infos and further readings!

    Greetings!

  • There are parts of Quran, originally not written in Arabic language!

    Luxenberg, Christoph:

The Syro-Aramaic Reading of the Koran

    Berlin: Schiler, 2007.

    ISBN 3-89930-088-2

    Hardcover, 352 p.

"probably the most important book ever written on the Koran." (The Guardian)

  • Although I don't believe that Jesus rose from the dead, I do judge that Dr. Craig easily won the debate. Ally was too complicated in his main points, and it was dangerous and foolish to concede that Jesus may well have suffered crucifixion (in contradistinction to what the Koran alleges), since this concession only suggests the veracity of the NT account. Also, Ally relied too much on just one Christian author and scholar, so his argument sounded plagiaristic.

  • Ally should have clearly demonstrated the inconsistencies between the four Gospel accounts of the resurrection. And he should not have suggested that the idea for the resurrction could conceivably have come from Isaiah 53, since this line of argument suggests concordance between the Old and New Testaments on this issue - absolutely counterproductive! Also Ally fails to understand and address the Christian view that the crucifixion serves the divine purpose of the atonement sin.

  • He uses 'owned' as a synonym for beat or won. God Bless

  • The aim of a religious Debate is to make the other to understand better, and therby foster love not Hate,

It is NOT about OWNING anybody, for the "ONE TRUE GOD" owns ALL of us,and to him WE should ALL bow down in love and obedience.

  • Christianity wins hands down.

  • The poster here gives the impression that he thinks Ally won the debate. Craig clearly owned him.

  • Dr. Craig clearly won this debate.

  • William Lane Craig does an excellent job. Praise be to the risen Christ!

  • JazakAllah part 5 soon iA
