  • there's a difference with me though...when i fell on the treadmill, i stumbled and fell down to the track and got thrown off the back lol!

    but i'm at a point in my life where i'm back on the track. still wobbly but at a running pace ;-)

  • You're right! I fell off a couple of times too, ... pretty hard. Almost even didn't want to try and get up again. But now the running is becomes more and more comfortable.

  • in my opinion it is not mental stress what is between the to states. changing your mindset can be relaxed or even fun.
