Hey sorry to disturb but when I clicked make it rain it will say waiting for recovery I guess then it will say running... For 30 mins then when it finished I didn't see Geohut and went back to the normal screen, then I didn't see Blackrain on my itouch please help I really want to jailbreak my touch again (I restored my itouch then I wanted to jailbreak it again)

I installed cydia, rock and icy at the same time and my iPod works perfectly fine. Guess t was lucky, I didn't know that I'm not supposed to install them at the same time

i installed gameboy emulator,

it had to restart

now it just come up with an apple and turns its self off...

the jailbreak works but when ever i restart the itouch 2g 8g it just goes to to the plug into itunes screen. ive done this atleast 5 times and the same thing keeps happening. its very frustrating, any help?

when u start it up u need to plug it to itunes and open black rain agin then it will work thats y its putting the plug into itunes sign cause u need to lol

hey,

ok first of all we know that a jailbrocken device will use up battery faster than an non jailbrocken one but iv never heard of it using it up this fast.

The 1st thing i would try is download sbsettings from cydia.

once u have tht open it up by swiping ur finger from left 2 right alonge the status bar and then click on "MORE" then click on "Mobile Substrate Addons" and then next 2 each of the opptions select off. then c if that helps, if not i would suggest rejailbreaking

ANSWER PART 1

Hey, ok first thing u should try it plug device into computer and if the device is recognised then just open black ra1n and press make it rain.

If that does not work or the device is not recognised then I would hold the put the device of by holding home and power button for 20 seconds.

Then hold the power button for 5 seconds, then without letting go of the power button hold the home and power button for 10 seconds and then keep holding the home button but let go of the power button and iTunes will recognise your

devce an then you need to press shift, then click the restore button

hey im basically a wizard on jailbreaking ive written my own cydia softwares before, but i was wondering, i cant figure this out. after installing cydia, and deleting black ra1n because you H A V E to delete it or it will cause serious crashing problems, it opens, says reorganizing, but then resprings itself before its done. then it has to try again, but always resprings itself before its done. i have got cydia to work before, but dont know exactly what im doing to fix this problem. advice?

1st thing, you do not need 2 delete black rain, many ppl still have it and it works fine and so do I, i have never had a problem with not deleting it. The problem you seem to be having is a problem within cydias coding. I had this the 1st time i jailbroke and i had 2 re jailbreak. The only thing i can think u should try is, jailbreak with black ra1n again and u sould no lose anything as u dont need 2 restore before, then once u have the black ra1n icon on ur device install cydia again and rock

Blackra1n doesnt support ipod touches who are 8gb 3G

well thats what most people say, i guess you could try 3g if you have an iphone but it would probably take ages and might not work, so i would try use wifi :-D

ok well try these 2 things:

FIRST: Hold the home and power button down for about 20 seconds until the ipod starts again

if that does not work then:

Hold the power button for 5 seconds, then hold the home button while keeping the power button held for 10 seconds. Then release the power button but continue holding the home button till itunes recognises it

you must have your ipod plugged into itunes
