'full spectrum' sea salt (celtic salt) is important for everyone... contains all the minerals in the inner cellular fluids... pharma companies make drugs out of the minerals removed from sea water... but with 'full spectrum' sea salt, we can get them direct. :)
have you ever given this to an individual who is not a vegan? or even a vegetarian for that matter? what was the response? is their anyone you ever had to adjust this recipe for? how so?
It does not make it too tart to me, but it is your personal taste that matters, you can start with a less amount at first and add until your preferred tartness.
I tried a similar recipe recently. Kale is so great when it's been softened with some salt and lemon juice. Using the vinegar and granulated garlic sounds really good. Thanks for the inspiration!
