If you want to hear something really awesome you should hear the entire Boar's Head Festival. It take s about 1 1/2 hours to do and includes audience participation.

@NOmeansnoFAN - My comment referred to the music and pageantry of the festival, not the method of killing the boar. The tradition dates back to around the 1400's I believe at which time wild boars were more plentiful in the forests and are nasty creatures, so I doubt anyone killed one by choking it!
