I want to do a WILD, but I'm scared to go through the sleep paralysis "body asleep, mind awake" step because I've had sleep paralysis once on accident, and it was terrifying
I keep getting into the hypnagogic state and keep popping in and out of it. Once I'm able to get deeper into it, I fall asleep momentarily and wake up a few minutes later because I realize I fell asleep.
This guy sells these video's at his web site, and is a total rip off. He gives you up loads that are not what he advertises. You get totally ignored when you try to get in touch with him. Don't be a sucker like me, by giving him money!!!!!
ok i did this last night, and it wasnt a normal lucid dream that ive ever had, i woke up and couldnt move and thought someone came in my room, i couldnt even yell, it was fucking scary...... i think ill either try it once more and try to control it or just not do it because that was bad, i tried moving my fingers, and when i did my whole body ached, and i heard a really loud fuzzy sound the while time i tried getting back to sleep... what should i do?
@Moogs555666 sounds like you woke up during sleep paralysis. I've experience this a few times myself. It is scary however I found that If you take deep breaths it helps you regain control of your body. It's at least enough to get your fingers and toes to move and that you can gradually move other parts of your body.
OMG I was watching this and I realized that I have had a Lucid dream before when I was like 9. It seemed to go by in a couple different stages for some reason. I tried to scream at myself to wake up but I couldn't until I woke up on my own. I just brushed it off after that
Who knows how to control the swallowing reflex?I have tried moving my head up a little, down on one side, the other,I've tried ignoring it and sometimes it goes away but it comes back stronger ,a throbbing sensation and cant help it but swallow. Help, I'm stuck!!!
@Eiramul man same thing happens to me lol. sometimes im able to ignore it completely but if i focus back on it by mistake it becomes stronger then the first time.
@sonofcreator13 It stopped but I'm stuck again, after i could OBE and started to control my dreams I can't do it anymore.I used to do it ten years ago.I could OBE in real time and explore the astral plane and was learning to control my dreams. But I started to have bad experiences and stopped doing it but I kept having experiences periodically ,it didn't go away completely. Well good luck to you and tnxs :)
@HamsterFueledRocket Yes it happen to me all the time,I think that's conscious dreaming and if you open your eyes during that time sometimes you'll hallucinate because the images will interpose with one another, not always though.Sometimes I'm in that state when I realize I'm dreaming but at the same time I can see my room!!!
Last night I saw some hypnogogic imagery, and then a few quick flashes of scenery, but it stopped within minutes. I was awake the whole time. I tried this for over an hour. I really think all this stuff is worded so vaguely, can someone tell me how to get into a deeper meditative state or be able to hold the scenery in my head and ? Maybe I am not devoting enough time to it? How do I see the 5?!
this was a more advanced explination... first you must lay perfectly still fighting all urges to roll over or itch or anything all the wile trying to relax every muscle in your body... once you have passed all the distractions you will start to have strange sensations that your moving thats when you are getting close... once your there use this videos techniquest to "pop out" ;)
It happens whenever I close my eyes. It's repeating dark colored patterns that move like water. Kinda like being on LSD, even though i haven't taken it before.
I've only had 1 lucid dream before...it was quite scary to me I was 7 years old, didn't know what a "lucid" dream was till a few years ago, but I knew I was asleep, and I was in this dark forrest like place screaming in my dream for someone to wake me up, evidently I wasn't really screaming, it was only in my dream finally I went into a sleep paralysis state where my eyes opened, but couldn't move...it was really scary to me then...
i know exactly what your talkin about the first time that happened to me it scarred the crap out of me. nut what you talkin about isnt a lucid dream. its what you said in your last sentence. sleep paralysis. lucid dreaming is quite a bit different. .
when you have sleep paralysis. is when the chemical in your body. when you go into rem sleep state that shuts your body down so it cant harm it self in rem. there are different thing that can cause it such as stress and inconsistant sleep patterns and sleep deprivation. type rem and dreams
into the search bar and check out the 5 part post. it
Sure i know that. It happen to me around 8 months ago. I was working nightshifts nonperriodically. Very inconsistent sleeping..
When it happen, it was morning and i was gettin awake, partly - mainly in head and ears.Rest of body was shut and out of control. i could hear something. It took me a while to get back into body and move it. I really struggled.
You have a faint inkling of what is going on. It looks like you might know of some neuroscience. But neuroscience - despite it's progress- is yet infantile in understanding the brain. Science loves to throw away anything that it can not grasp in a safe conformed manner. But often when science debates spirtual affiars science disobays the razor, ussually cobbling up a string of unrelated nonesence. So call it superstituous. I call it a validity.
oh no, i dont doubt that there is something imbedded deep within our souls that the waking mind tries valiently to supress- something which is set free when we sleep.
I suppose i just misinterpretted your post ,and my apologies. Dreaming is a way of looking into what us humans really are. If we can unlock the secret behind these miraculous events.
"Sometimes I believe that this less material life is our truer life..." -H.P. Lovecraft on dreams
cool! Dont worry about it. It happens a lot to all of us. Never heard the phrase , but than again I never have read Lovecraft. Nonetheless what a true quote. I wonder if we dream in "feelings" with the images and enviroment simply being cast-off emissions.
i definitely think we dream wiith our feelings. Everything in our dreams is just raw emotion. Within nightmares we experience pure fear. When we dream about something we enjoy, its not possible to be any happier, and nothing is more sexually divine than a spontaneous sex dream.
And this is all why i want to master the art of lucid dreaming.
thats so weird cus the ONLY dreams i can ever remember lately are sex dreams lol but i dident write them down cus my parents might see (even though i told them not to look in there) and i honestly dont want my first lucid dream to be a sex dream u know? but if i cant remember anything else then i will start writing them
Indeed! Emotion is certainly true for dreaming but I think there is more to it this is why when I talk of the subject I always use the word feeling with quotations because I believe there is an atmospheric depth. Every happiness, fear or what ever emotion have themes. Fried chicken is salty and so is potato chips but the flavor is very much different. It's difficult for me to explain. But yes if there ever was a reason to master dreaming than it would be this as these R intrinsic self aspects
Yes so it is said. Supposedly the body goes into paralyzes to prevent us from acting out the actions of our dreams There are people like my self who awaken into these states. There is something to be said when cross culturally, people are experiencing the same apparitions in these states. And not to neglect the rushing of physical energy vibrations which are identical to the kundilini energy. Often individuals will report full blown spiritual transporting into worlds just as real as this one
As I look through these post I see some subjects on sleep parlazies, and demons, and old hang, and creaturs "out there". I have had sleep parlazies for many years, I have heard many crazy things, always felt the wooshing of the body energy and on many ocassions felt "the evil presence" in the room. Listen carfully: these things are guardians. Once you get very adept at coming out of the paralzies state these thing don't return. Now I can go into full blow realms as real as real.
idk why but for some reason everytime i sleep at my grandmas i have a VERY high dream recall,so im going there tommorow night :D maybe its her couch XD
this is exactly what happened to me after i woke up yesterday mourning and went back to sleep, it's technically, when you stay conscious when you cross over the border between being awake and being a sleep in a dream
this is cool. normally i can controlmy drams anyway wich is kinda odd.... butthe thing about how u subconciosly her something then a few seconds later you understand it.... i do that all the time. like once i had to awnser a walki talki call for a job i was doing. and they called and i coundnt hear what it said then i thought about it and i knew exactly what it said.
woooh, I had my first wake induced LD this morning. Fuck me thats some scary shit...
Unlike becomming lucid during the middle of a dream, when you try and reach the "mind awake, body asleep" state during rem sleep, you actually wtach your body fall asleep and watch a dream form.
It's literally like leaving this world and entering another, I got too scared the first couple of time I tried it, and experienced sleep paralysis for a few seconds for the first time in my life
I almost had a WILD last night. It just came randomly, I just saw a landscape randomly appear (it was some kind of office, and someone broke into it. The camera was focused on that guy, and someone decided to start a fist fight with him.) Then I got to excited, I sat up, and then... it killed it. D:
Once you get to the stage where you can stay awake during sleep paralysis, you're good. It's just that simple; the key is to not fall asleep before sleep paralysis.
WOw, amazing, I was skeptical at first but when he started talking about the black-board technique: hes right about that.
THere have been many occasions where I by accident noticed that my train of thought fabricated into images and I directly moved into a dream but thought I was awake the whole time.
I saw pick botches of paint on the roof and thought WTF? WHEN DID THAT HAPPEN? And when I tried to get up I woke up.
THe transition was so smooth it was as if my eyes never closed.
Yeah, his explanation is rather "standard" rather than "personalized" ...not everything works the same for all.
What he means though is that your train of thought whilst drifting to sleep manifests (eventually via brainwave freq. decreasing) into pictures and sounds.
The key (which is the hard part of WILD) is to stay conscious all the way through to this stage.
I have don it by accident in the past before knowing about WILD tech, it works.
i think i have had the same thing happen to me. ill be laying on my side and i feel like something is right behind me, also i feel fear, not of what is behind me just the thought of fear, then everything begins to shake. and if i stay calm through it all i usually have a lucid dream.
Oh.. I do not know what it is called but the technique I use to have a lucid dream is getting a full nights sleep, about 8 hours worth. I make sure to set my alarm close to that point.
When I wake up I say awake for about 30 sec and then fall back asleep. My second alarm goes off about 30 min later. And I fall back asleep right away. And as soon as my lids shut it is only a few sec before I can start a visualization into whatever I want. I found this out while hitting the snooze button.
What I do for visualization. What I want to see or What I want to happen as soon as I want it is that I create a "LAW" of cause and effect. Like for example like shooting lighting out of a golden rod. I create a "LAW" by basically believing that when I extend the "rod" lightning will come out. And then When I do the action it happens. How I get the rod in the first place is another law. Basically I say/think "When I look down there will be a rod" Power of suggestion is what I'm basically doing.
i recently came up with something similar myself when sleeping, during a dream i was being chased by a guy with a gun and through the fear of it and the fact it wouldnt normally happen i realised i was dreaming and told myself i was in control of what happens thus deciding to erase the man from the dream and then do what i want, i had about 60% control of what i was doing for about 30 seconds or so then i woke up. it was quite enjoyable but i havent been able to do it since!
LOL I had a similar dream, I was lucid and breaking glass windows in a restaurant with a glass ashtray and observing the way my mind manifested damage in my "physical" world.
The was a table behind me of 4 old people complaining and I turned around and said "STFU!" and then one of the old mans eyes went purple (no white of eye or pupil) and proclaimed that he was the devil and said "You think the day will rise?" I said "fuck off this is my dream!" *tries to manifest fire on him*..*fails*..wakes.
right before i fall asleep i can hear a man talking as i switch from concious to unconcious it kind of scares me please message me if you have the same... problem
3 times in a night my subconcious tried to wake me up. 1 he called me and i just woke up like if smone tried to wake me. 2 a friend in my dream scared me and I woke up again and 3 someone hit my face that also woke me up,. So he couldnt really wake me because I cant make theseparation between the real world and dream world. I think I am not ready enough...
you need to control your emotions(ego) fear is the most powerful of controllers after love. control fear and you will be able to take a step forward towards lucid dreaming easier.
i have a mans voice saying weird things like "im here" when i start drifting off,but its like a deep voice and feels almost evil its quite scary, i also wake up sometimes when my body is still asleep and experience a floating sensation or the feeling of this so called "man" dragging me off my bed and sometimes lifting me high up to the ceiling when infact im not moving at all its all lucid shit. i just tell him to fuck off now and he goes away...
Yea I have had sleep paralysis where this dude/demon leaned over on my bed next to my head and the bed sank SO far into the floor it was as if this "thing" weighed 10 tonnes. Really scary, but when I realized that he walking into the room via a door that doesnt exist in my room I was able to rebuke him.
omg, now that i know what a WILD is i realized that i have them all the time! many times i just lie down on the bed just to rest, not sleep and i have lucid dreams, and can awake whenver i want..now all i have to do is have more of my will, i usually just go along with the dream, it can get scary.
i got really close i think to doing a W.I.L.D. i saw the images and stuff, and i heard you were suppose to roll over? i felt my body go numb and my heart was pounding very fast, i thought i might actually die because it was really pounding hard.eventually my heart slowed down though, and more of my body was going numb. i also heard noises, and felt myself vibrating a little. what do i do? continue to relax more and more, or "roll over"?
Just wanted you Guys to know i tried the same. I started to freak out and my heart was beating out of control so i decided (after two consecutive tries) to quit. It does get pretty scary but i believe if you can keep calm it will work. Maybe breathing techniques will help!
yeah i finally managed to do a WILD successfully. i learned that the pounding heart is just an illusion, albeit an intense one. and you're right, if you stay calm it'll work as long as you don't have any distractions.
Last night i tried again. I fooled my body but i coulden't concentrate and realized this morning that i fell asleep. lol. Ohh by the way i have had lucid dreams but i have never had a wild. I am trying tonight again. I will use your advise btw.
Update. Same thing happened i fell asleep. I guess thats most everybody's problem. But i do report that i had a semi lucid dream this morning. I realized i could perform superhuman abilities but i let the dream run its own course.
yeah that's very common with me as well, both the falling asleep while WILDing, and realizing something's weird but letting the dream go on it's way. i had a short lucid last night, but woke up after only 10-20 seconds, my shortest one yet.
hes totally right, the firework imagery distracts me, i try to focus on it with my physical eyes and it wakes me up. you have to disconnect yourself from the physical body enough and focus on your third eye. he used a black board but i heard a screen or tv right out of your field of view works too.
he is right. by trying to hard you have created a block, subconsciously implying that it is difficult as opposed to natural and seamless. also thank all the asshole who have told you it is difficult to do. this is why u have delay or trouble
Can i get a blowjob or some pussy while in a lucid dream by a porn star? Lol... come on guys all the guys thought of this thats why they getting into lucid dreams.
eh... man u can do anything, sex isnt the best thing you can do.. flying pshhh
I like to play computergames as the character... if u like ff games u can play through the whole game, and "save" the game when waking up and resume it next time you access lucidity!
A lot of people say that it's hard to have sex in a dream. Even a lucid one. Usually the situation turns weird and the partner warps into something strange or the whole scene changes :S
Well if you're mentally strong, you can fight them. One of the advantages of having some experience in internal martial arts is the ability to be fully aware of your entire mind. Although I'm just a beginner at lucid dreaming and astral projection, once I progress, I can bring what I learned in martial arts and use that as a mental aid for protection.
last night i reached a new level of consciousness, i was able to project my migraine out of my body. if it wasnt for my buddy who kept flashing a light in my face im sure i wouldve been able to do sometihng interesting. too bad i still need "weed" to relax.
its no mans land in other dimensions, everything goes because u cant die.
based on my personal experience, good information. research everything you can find about Obe's, Wild's, LD's and then try methods you find for yourself and find out "for yourself".
then do not be. SOmetimes by wanting something to much we acctualy delay our results. It is true. I am not discouraging You at all My friend. Just wanna give you advice. Expect nothing and be like a child and be happy each time whatever YOU DO. YOU WILL SEE THAT THIS PROCESS OF ENJOYNMENT WILL SPEED UP YOUR RESULTS.
Wayshower1982, that is excellent advice. The more you enjoy the process, the easier it is to relax, and the more you relax, the more likely you are to OBE.

every time i come back from other higher states of mind in my meditation -or lucid dreams as many call it - it feals so "unreal" and then again in those higher states of Consciousness this material reality seams so "unreal"-like a dream. Therefore i can understand people doubts about other realities because they dont understand that only those realities feel "real" that your cousciousness is connected to.
i induced a lucid dream simply by looking at an object in my dream then turning away and looking again, and suprise suprise the design changed slightly! so i knew i was in a dream and started taking control.
whats it called when your dreaming but you can control what happens in your dream

@mbcrthskaters wrong. Its when you know your dreaming. It has nothing to do with control. you can have lucid dreams with no control over it.

Practice not swallowing while your awake. Drink water too, so your mouth isnt dry. It IS hard to try and fight though.

Natural, everyone has them. They CAN be caused by lights you see during the day,. Like when you look at a light and look away it's still there

If it happens from sleep, it's called hypnagogic imagery. Happens to everyone.

I've only had 1 lucid dream before...it was quite scary to me I was 7 years old, didn't know what a "lucid" dream was till a few years ago, but I knew I was asleep, and I was in this dark forrest like place screaming in my dream for someone to wake me up, evidently I wasn't really screaming, it was only in my dream finally I went into a sleep paralysis state where my eyes opened, but couldn't move...it was really scary to me then...
sinnamental 2 years ago 6
i know exactly what your talkin about the first time that happened to me it scarred the crap out of me. nut what you talkin about isnt a lucid dream. its what you said in your last sentence. sleep paralysis. lucid dreaming is quite a bit different. .
dakota9617 2 years ago
when you have sleep paralysis. is when the chemical in your body. when you go into rem sleep state that shuts your body down so it cant harm it self in rem. there are different thing that can cause it such as stress and inconsistant sleep patterns and sleep deprivation. type rem and dreams
into the search bar and check out the 5 part post. it
dakota9617 2 years ago
Sure i know that. It happen to me around 8 months ago. I was working nightshifts nonperriodically. Very inconsistent sleeping..
When it happen, it was morning and i was gettin awake, partly - mainly in head and ears.Rest of body was shut and out of control. i could hear something. It took me a while to get back into body and move it. I really struggled.
milosjanata 2 years ago
You have a faint inkling of what is going on. It looks like you might know of some neuroscience. But neuroscience - despite it's progress- is yet infantile in understanding the brain. Science loves to throw away anything that it can not grasp in a safe conformed manner. But often when science debates spirtual affiars science disobays the razor, ussually cobbling up a string of unrelated nonesence. So call it superstituous. I call it a validity.
creationofself 3 years ago
oh no, i dont doubt that there is something imbedded deep within our souls that the waking mind tries valiently to supress- something which is set free when we sleep.
I suppose i just misinterpretted your post ,and my apologies. Dreaming is a way of looking into what us humans really are. If we can unlock the secret behind these miraculous events.
"Sometimes I believe that this less material life is our truer life..." -H.P. Lovecraft on dreams
hurdl3thed34d 3 years ago
cool! Dont worry about it. It happens a lot to all of us. Never heard the phrase , but than again I never have read Lovecraft. Nonetheless what a true quote. I wonder if we dream in "feelings" with the images and enviroment simply being cast-off emissions.
creationofself 3 years ago
i definitely think we dream wiith our feelings. Everything in our dreams is just raw emotion. Within nightmares we experience pure fear. When we dream about something we enjoy, its not possible to be any happier, and nothing is more sexually divine than a spontaneous sex dream.
And this is all why i want to master the art of lucid dreaming.
hurdl3thed34d 3 years ago
thats so weird cus the ONLY dreams i can ever remember lately are sex dreams lol but i dident write them down cus my parents might see (even though i told them not to look in there) and i honestly dont want my first lucid dream to be a sex dream u know? but if i cant remember anything else then i will start writing them
NSCinc 3 years ago
Nothing wrong with your first dream being a sex dream. Eroticism is just as true as most emotions. I hope my first lucid dream is sexual in nature.
hurdl3thed34d 3 years ago 3
hehe now that i think about it maybe that would be a good first :) lol
NSCinc 3 years ago
But yes if there ever was a reason to master dreaming than it would be this as these R intrinsic self aspects
creationofself 3 years ago

Now I can go into full blow realms as real as real.

woooh, I had my first wake induced LD this morning. Fuck me thats some scary shit...
Unlike becomming lucid during the middle of a dream, when you try and reach the "mind awake, body asleep" state during rem sleep, you actually wtach your body fall asleep and watch a dream form.
It's literally like leaving this world and entering another, I got too scared the first couple of time I tried it, and experienced sleep paralysis for a few seconds for the first time in my life
Dont get scared, enjoy

I almost had a WILD last night. It just came randomly, I just saw a landscape randomly appear (it was some kind of office, and someone broke into it. The camera was focused on that guy, and someone decided to start a fist fight with him.) Then I got to excited, I sat up, and then... it killed it. D:
gimpygibble 3 years ago 2
how can we wake up from an OBE or LD?
fastsvn 3 years ago
From becoming too excited, for one thing.
gimpygibble 3 years ago
Once you get to the stage where you can stay awake during sleep paralysis, you're good. It's just that simple; the key is to not fall asleep before sleep paralysis.
Pennys1 3 years ago
WOw, amazing, I was skeptical at first but when he started talking about the black-board technique: hes right about that.
THere have been many occasions where I by accident noticed that my train of thought fabricated into images and I directly moved into a dream but thought I was awake the whole time.
I saw pick botches of paint on the roof and thought WTF? WHEN DID THAT HAPPEN? And when I tried to get up I woke up.
THe transition was so smooth it was as if my eyes never closed.
thestrugglewithin 3 years ago
The "Black board" confused me.
BackLashZ 3 years ago 2
Yeah, his explanation is rather "standard" rather than "personalized" ...not everything works the same for all.
What he means though is that your train of thought whilst drifting to sleep manifests (eventually via brainwave freq. decreasing) into pictures and sounds.
The key (which is the hard part of WILD) is to stay conscious all the way through to this stage.
I have don it by accident in the past before knowing about WILD tech, it works.
thestrugglewithin 3 years ago 2
usually before i start lucid dreaming, i just feel vibrations going down back
stickmasterDX 3 years ago 3
i think i have had the same thing happen to me. ill be laying on my side and i feel like something is right behind me, also i feel fear, not of what is behind me just the thought of fear, then everything begins to shake. and if i stay calm through it all i usually have a lucid dream.
masseffectman 3 years ago 3
it kinda feels relaxing though lol :P
stickmasterDX 3 years ago
ValekShadow 3 years ago 5
What I do for visualization. What I want to see or What I want to happen as soon as I want it is that I create a "LAW" of cause and effect. Like for example like shooting lighting out of a golden rod. I create a "LAW" by basically believing that when I extend the "rod" lightning will come out. And then When I do the action it happens. How I get the rod in the first place is another law. Basically I say/think "When I look down there will be a rod" Power of suggestion is what I'm basically doing.

i recently came up with something similar myself when sleeping, during a dream i was being chased by a guy with a gun and through the fear of it and the fact it wouldnt normally happen i realised i was dreaming and told myself i was in control of what happens thus deciding to erase the man from the dream and then do what i want, i had about 60% control of what i was doing for about 30 seconds or so then i woke up. it was quite enjoyable but i havent been able to do it since!
squishdude 3 years ago

atozis1226 3 years ago
LOL I had a similar dream, I was lucid and breaking glass windows in a restaurant with a glass ashtray and observing the way my mind manifested damage in my "physical" world.
The was a table behind me of 4 old people complaining and I turned around and said "STFU!" and then one of the old mans eyes went purple (no white of eye or pupil) and proclaimed that he was the devil and said "You think the day will rise?" I said "fuck off this is my dream!" *tries to manifest fire on him*..*fails*..wakes.

you need to control your emotions(ego) fear is the most powerful of controllers after love. control fear and you will be able to take a step forward towards lucid dreaming easier.

i have a mans voice saying weird things like "im here" when i start drifting off,but its like a deep voice and feels almost evil its quite scary, i also wake up sometimes when my body is still asleep and experience a floating sensation or the feeling of this so called "man" dragging me off my bed and sometimes lifting me high up to the ceiling when infact im not moving at all its all lucid shit. i just tell him to fuck off now and he goes away...
yes..i know. I need a straight jacket.

i got really close i think to doing a W.I.L.D. i saw the images and stuff, and i heard you were suppose to roll over? i felt my body go numb and my heart was pounding very fast, i thought i might actually die because it was really pounding hard.eventually my heart slowed down though, and more of my body was going numb. i also heard noises, and felt myself vibrating a little. what do i do? continue to relax more and more, or "roll over"?
NorseRonin 3 years ago
Just wanted you Guys to know i tried the same. I started to freak out and my heart was beating out of control so i decided (after two consecutive tries) to quit. It does get pretty scary but i believe if you can keep calm it will work. Maybe breathing techniques will help!
manhusolddwrld 3 years ago
yeah i finally managed to do a WILD successfully. i learned that the pounding heart is just an illusion, albeit an intense one. and you're right, if you stay calm it'll work as long as you don't have any distractions.

manhusolddwrld 3 years ago
yeah that's very common with me as well, both the falling asleep while WILDing, and realizing something's weird but letting the dream go on it's way. i had a short lucid last night, but woke up after only 10-20 seconds, my shortest one yet.
NorseRonin 3 years ago
hes totally right, the firework imagery distracts me, i try to focus on it with my physical eyes and it wakes me up. you have to disconnect yourself from the physical body enough and focus on your third eye. he used a black board but i heard a screen or tv right out of your field of view works too.

Well if you're mentally strong, you can fight them. One of the advantages of having some experience in internal martial arts is the ability to be fully aware of your entire mind. Although I'm just a beginner at lucid dreaming and astral projection, once I progress, I can bring what I learned in martial arts and use that as a mental aid for protection.

every time i come back from other higher states of mind in my meditation -or lucid dreams as many call it - it feals so "unreal" and then again in those higher states of Consciousness this material reality seams so "unreal"-like a dream. Therefore i can understand people doubts about other realities because they dont understand that only those realities feel "real" that your cousciousness is connected to.
