This ruling is absurd, but is the usual left wing garbage.  I am a total libertarian and believe in total sexual freedom for people to do anything they want sexually as long as violence and abuse is not involved and the acts are 100% consensual. However, marriage as an institution has always been defined as being a man and a woman and it is the role of the government to define and enforce that civil institution. People, not courts, can change the definition of marriage if they vote to do so.
