Sorry the audio is still poor 3 in so I quit. One of the first things U should do is search YT for vids that address that topic. Costs little to obtain an amateur radio license. I suggest U do, you could find more free electronic fee stuff coming your way , you might be looking for someone taking some of it. Good luck with your projects
