If I saw an animal that was crying for help, I wouldn't waste my time videotaping the event, I'd help it. I don't understand people. Hard without knowing all the circumstances, but the kitten looks too weak to climb out of that steep angle, or maybe it's rear leg is caught, or maybe it's just scared.
Saw your comment from last year...I think this same person kept the kitten because they had at least 3 other videos - all different ages including one that looked at least 6 months old (to me anyways) I get my videos translated now by google - they don't always come out right, but you get the general idea of what other folks are doing!
