  • @Freeman01001 Come no! letteralmente la parola pizza non indica necessariamente la pizza che noi sappiamo oggi come la pizza italiana. Dovresti studiare la tua lingua meglio.

  • @blackhitman12 , Sono d'accordo, ma attualmente la parola "pizza" è conosciuto in tutto il mondo e si riferisce a qualsiasi piatto pasta con condimenti su di esso. Ho una parola in arabo, ma non in lingua inglese ... potrebbe essere chiamato "pasta piatto con decorazioni su di esso"?

    Is it the flat bread with herbs or a different video? Is the dough the same?

  • @Jerrid3 , This dough and the other dough videos i have is the same bread/pizza dough i use for this recipe. it is just a basic bread dough that can be used for many recipes. it contains all purpose flour, yeast , salt and water. its just a simple dough that is versatile and you can use it in many ways.

  • شكرا على التعليق. في الحقيقه عجينتي تظهر سميكه لكن هي منفوشه و مليئه بفقاعات هواء ... مما يجعلها طيبة الطعم . طبعا انا مش بروفيشينال بس شغل البيت كتير طيب :)

    I made 3 dough mixtures and they all look nothing like yours and I had to throw them away lol

    The part never stick to each other.. They stick to my hand when I take them, even after leaving them for a while.. PLEEEASE tell me how to do the dough exactly :P

    I like to mix it with fresh Labna and black olives and then spread it on bread dough and bake it...

  • u should make the bread thinner it will get more zaatar taste

  • actually, this dough looks thick but in fact it is very fluffy, and you do get more zaatar taste than dough. but you can always make it to your liking, thinner and add more zaatar to it. thanks for coming by.

  • As usualy easy and great ! I did something similar few day ago but I roll out the bread dough and put mean on it or cheese and mixed to and then i put another rolled out dough on the top and put it in a frying pan over the stove without oil and it camed out great !!! :D
