@BBoyNex95 its not so much about your legs bro its more about your upper body as you twist your shoulders your legs should follow giving the swipe motion... your probably not pushing off the ground hard enough cos your scared its the same with most people you are literally as he said doing a mini hand stand you just push off with both legs and turn put as much force into it as possible to begin with as most people are on their first time not going hard enough or fast enough... no momentum =)

@BBoyNex95 no its not wrong he explains in very well but he kinda shows it for people who have been bboying for a while... problem is for a beginner they arent strong enough so they dont get enough momentum when kicking... if you get the upper body motion right you should be able to feel your legs twisting round with your shoulders you then just need a little bit of a push for the momentum you are supposed to lift both legs but it should come naturally when you twist your upper body =)

@BBoyNex95 but no lifting both legs is what your supposed to do its hard to explain if i did a video i could probs show you what your doing wrong and how to fix it but that guide is very good any lifting both legs is what you are supposed to do... i would suggest doing other moves to build up your strength first that probably another problem your having no offense but your probably a little "weak"which is your main problem you will need to build your strength some more :)

@JAyJAy1993NX maybe, it would depend how advanced you were, i'd advise looking at a few other tutorials as well and seeing what works for you, i guesse his way kinda works but you'd never be able to learn airflares from it, there just isn't enough power, i first learnt it from this video then had to completely relearn the move properly later on, obviously the best way is to find someone who can do it who can give you feedback and pointers, good luck
