when i try to put the 3d warp onto v1 on top of the other a box pops up saying "effect does not apply" it wont let me!! also when you select the pink keys for the timing at 5 frames, i make all three but to have the last 2 colored and the first gray i dont know how, it only lets me have 1 pink colored triangle.

@zachbaby Hold down the Option/ALT-Key when adding an effect on top of another one.

To select multiple keyframes, hold down Shift or Control just like selecting multiple files in Finder / Explorer.

i hope this works for avid media composer 5, i dont have 5.5 im having issues with the pleasantville effect for some reason.

I want to Add the same effect on all my clip segments, how do i do it without, dragging the effec to each one?

@montgonova22 Select all segments by lassoing them or highlighting them in segment mode. Then alt- or option-click the ffect your want t apply. Boom. Done.

Hey i just fineshed my video, this might sound dumb but its my first video, and i dont know how to add it to my desktop as a movie file

@montgonova22 Right-click your sequence and select export. Chosse the file format and codec of your liking and export away!
