cool...but isnt this kite designed to be flown hooked in to harness? otherwise whats the point of de-power feature?

Hey Man, you got to study the kite more. It is a 4.0 SCOUT from HQ powerkites. There is NO depower system or chicken loop. IT is a fixed 4 line kite.

hey, try loosening the brake lines as the kite seems to be very twitchy and by changing the brakes it will give better traction
