@AresSG no, Kerry had nothing to do with his removal...he broke the law, then the rules(which got him ejected) then the law again (when he wouldn't leave)... that's why he was arrested.
@AresSG that's because when he first broke the law, it's not on video....at least not available anymore, there used to be a video that caught the end of his first outburst...this video is NOT a complete video. @AresSG Actually, no this is what makes people think he's hiding something. Meyer aired no dirty laundry. Everything he said is public record, and Kerry spen a good deal of time answering it after Meyer was removed for causing a disturbance.
@mamacornettesmoney Then that comes back to the question as to why the police responded the way they did. Meyer only broke a rule by speaking out of line but no law was broken until they started with him. Like I said my Political stance is one of distrust.
@AresSG Yes, like thebatman stated, go to his page & watch his video on this. Read the description/links as well. This is only a small part of what all happened. Meyer's trouble started before any of these videos. He didn't just "speak out of turn". He cussed out event officials who told him to leave, shoved campus cops when they tried to tell him to leave. the only reason this video exists is because Kerry talked them into letting him ask a question while they were fighting with him to leave.
@eggthing Kerry did stop them the first time they tried to remove meyer (before the video). He talked them into letting Meyer ask a question before being removed and he answered in detail. It's in the transcript that is on UF's web page. Meyer was removed for numerous violations of Univaersity Code of Conduct as well as Forum Rules. He's just pretending to be arrested for questions, like he told people he would before asked anything. The witness statements are very enlightening.

It's just like tupac shakur said. "Society will let you go as far as you wanna go, but as soon you start asking too many questions, you get blocked". That's why cointelpro took him out cause they feared black messiahs.
@giftedindividualsI hear you man,... but who cares about a gangster when he dies? Do you know how many people 2pak had killed? I do. He was a murderer not a messiah!
How dare a citizen voice his opinion or point out lies. A model citizen should keep his head down and allow corruption to fester.(according to our government)
@MrCodywt What lies did he point out? I believe beyond a shadow of a doubt that politicians at this level of government are full of liesI also firmly believe in the duty of citizens to question government officials, but I'd like to know what "lies" he pointed out? Even if the election was thrown by Kerry's side (which I also believe), how did Meyer's little show expose anything new or prove anything? He just made a clown of himself & gave Kerry a platform to give his usual BS explanations.
For anyone watching this video and thinking it was wrong what the police did. Please go to my video that I put together regarding what happened. I did a lot of research and found out tons of information the media didn't report after the fact about his behavior, the rules of the event and even found an article written by Dennis Jett, the faculty member, who was there on stage with Kerry and was a first hand witness to what Andrew did.
Asking him to leave because his time is up, and even taking him off by force is OK,
but arresting the guy? no wonder he is going to flip out!
this is just the work of amateur police officers who feel the need to show their power of authority for everyone to see, i don't really blame the rookies, but the one in charge there.
What a shameful way to handle a controled situation.
@tatuira93 he wasn't being arrested at first, he wasn't under arrest until he flipped out. It didn't go from removal to arrest until he pushed and shoved the two officers telling him to leave and trying to escort him out. He also was out of control before what is shown on this video... go to the video I put together to learn exactly what happened. Please read my description underneath to learn more and click on the links I have as well to confirm it.
@tatuira93 He was only arrested after refusing to leave more than once. They WERE simply trying to make him leave. when he's scremaing "help, they're arresting me" they were NOT arresting him and it's the second time that day he tried to pretend to be arrested. Of course that behavior will lead to an arrest. All he had to do is walk out.
@tatuira93 He respected everyone, he was simply curious about wether he was in that group or not. They could've just said "I do not want to answer that questions." I stand by my thougths and do what you want.
@UnicornFTWPs3 Kerry DID give a detailed answer & YES he's a member of skull & bones (it's public record). Meyer's questions have nothing to do with why he was ejected. It wasn't even his turn in line. he interrupted another student, cussed event organizers & screamed that he'd be arrested if he asked his questions. He fought when they tried to remove him so they agreed to let him ask before leaving. When told time was up & he got mad, continued to rant until he said "blowjob" & they cut the mic
@Augalv refusing to leave a place you've been kicked out of, shoving the cops who are escorting you out away from you, and screaming to a crowd to help you fight the cops who are trying to remove you is all illegal. You've got to think at some point the cops will quit fighting with him to leave and arrest him for all of that, which they eventually did.
@tatuira93 Cops have orders, right? I wouldn't blame these cops, I would blame those who gave them the order to tase and arrest this brave guy. Right?
@tatuira93 Im pretty sure they weren't arresting him until he started to yell, fight, resist to leave, and finally resisting arresting. It's called criminal trespass. The cussing and disorderly conduct didn't help his case either.
@wiggy81594 you are correct...they were simply throwing him out of the event for his behavior, and when he started making a bigger scene, that's what got him arrested.
@wuzzuppp3452 nothing happened to it... he broke the rules of the event and was asked to leave, refused, got arrested. This was after he caused a scene before even getting to ask anything... go watch the video I put together to gather more information on this incident.
@ichTraylo you really think what I was saying is racist and nationalist.. Seriously get real.. I'm talking about the ignorance and backwardness of the North American society.. You have the most fascist country on the planet.. You think you are free.. Ya right, think again. You gave up your freedom for individualism... Keep replaying this video and the many other videos on YouTube like this one.. You might understand where my anger and frustration comes from..
@ichTraylo sued for what? doing their job? They didn't violate his rights. He was a problem child in the event already before doing what he did that is shown on video. Go to my video and look at the descritpion I have for COMPLETE information about what happened.
i love how all you fuckers say shit about the law here but when they were arresting him all you could hear was applaud and cheers.... stupid sheep nothing will ever change in the states,... you stupid americans and your individualism.... FUCK YOU!
@magnifico101 yea, applause and cheers because they were witness to his bullshit behavior just prior to what is shown on the video. If you want to know more about what happened, go to my video and watch and read the description. He was out of line and broke the law by disrupting the event because they were only going to take one more question and he was pissed he wan't going to get his turn.
And people it doesnt matter who you vote for in this shithole country after JFK was assassinated cause only people within the illuminati bloodline will be elected so dont bother. I might pack up my shit and move to canada.
Son of bitch! The illuminati sure got a grip on the fucking media. They only show this dude getting arrested and not why which made look like a looney. He's asking questions which is over most of people heads including the dipshits commenting on this very page. For those that are slow, he mentioned, "armed madhouse" by Greg Palast and Skull and Bones which is a secret society that people joined at top ivy league schools such as Harvard and Yale.
@Razzle162 No, it doesn't violate the first amendment... What part of the first amendment says that citizens cannot have rules for an organized event, and when someone gets out of hand, they can't throw them out and use the police to do it?
@BirkEntertainment different scenario and cannot be compared... this school run event had rules that were to be followed or you would be cut off and ejected. This kid threw a fit when the event was winding down with the last question and caused a big scene. That's why the police were right there with him at the microphone, because they were going to talk to him regardless.

Ok now that i have seen this i now know this is completely wrong. He was asking questions proving a point and him being arrested is wrong. As for the taze he did deserve it. He should have just been taken away calmly.
@cubuscus that's not what happened, if you knew the complete story (this is just half of it) you would not think it's wrong... go to my video on my channel about this incident and read the description underneath that explains the ENTIRE situation.
His time limit was up, he went over it by several minutes. So the school called security/police to have him removed. And they were doing their job. There is no brutality, there is no abuse. They used necessary force to remove him, as he started to resist the officers force escalated. The officers were not wrong, the young man was wrong in all aspects. They even warned him before tasing him, and he continued to resist.
@jerzeeboii thats because he did not know what he was being arrested for
couldnt someone have said "excuse me,time limit is up"
then there would be such a commotion wouldnt there?
if only they told him properly, then there would be no need to resort to violence that he would not understand what the cause was, leading him to resist,so the way I see it,its their fault he got tazed
@DontCallMeJustin They did tell him that. It wasn't even his turn at mioc, he had grabbed a mic in front of other students & refused to leave.
The reason they weren't telling him why he was arrested is because he was not being arrested. Only made to leave & he knew it. Watch the longer vids. they tell him time is up 30 seconsds in & he starts yelling at them, telling them he'll take his damn time. they didn't vcut the mic till he said "blowjob" but he loudly refused to leave.
@DontCallMeJustin "couldnt someone have said "excuse me,time limit is up" they did at the 0:34 seconds mark, they told him to get to his point, his reaction, turn around and be a smartass to them and tell them he's got to inform people first about everything and then he'll ask his question. They let him go on 3 times the amount he was supposed to and when he said "blowjob", they cut his microphone.
@DontCallMeJustin you want to have a full explanation of what happened that day, go to my video on my channel and watch it, also be sure to read the description underneath for a complete list of the events that happened and what lead up to this.
@OrigaMagic if you would like a nice explanation to that question, just go to my video I have on my channel regarding this incident. Be sure to expand the description underneath the video that includes links to my sources.
@monster5tyler "dude the guy didnt even do anything wtf". Yeah, he "didnt even do anything" but violate ALL of the Forum rules & break no less than 5 laws. You either know next to nothing about this non-event or are ignoring the facts.
@AresSG that is nonsense! Why on Earth would Kerry want a scene like that when he can easily give his BS answers to those questions? Kerry did NOT want them to do anything to him. Kerry would have let him rant & rave all day to look like the benign leader. In fact, Kerry is the reason he's asking anything. He grabbed the mic out of turn while another student was talking, hurled accusations & refused to leave. Kerry convinced them to let him have a turn. It was ACCENT that had him kicked out.
Yea this is the "land of the free" where armed police officers grab a totally non violent student at a University for rambling on too long. Watch closely as soon as they cut his mic both police officers sprang into action and started to grab him.....for what? he had broken no laws. Let the guy babble who cares? Is it a crime now to babble? Sure he went on too long but you don't need armed police officers to escort the man out. This is just ridiculous! America is a police state.
@blackjak26 There is some speech that isnt protected. these include "fighting words" or any form of slander or liable. however i do agree that rather than telling him to sit down, he was thrown to the ground and tazed.
@Iknowaghost19 You mean Welcome to America land of the Police State ! This is what happens when you let ex-military and over zealous citizens become police officers. Police shouldn't enjoy their work. It should be a job people hate, since in most cases, police are ruining peoples lives over trivial regulations and not protecting anything. Hopefully, when he is released he buys a Taser, for the cops and their families. See if they like the shoe on the other foot. Tasers should be illegal.
@StanierBlack5LMS I don't think tasers should be illegal haha, I just think it's pathetic that they arrested him for excersizing his first amendment. I can see why he was tasered because he was resisting, but resisting on an arrest that shouldnt have even taken place in the first place is fucking pathetic.
I just think it's pathetic that they arrested him for excersizing his first amendment." It IS "pathetic" because that is NOT what happened. Meyer was not removed, let alone arrested or drive-stunned for anything he said that day.
@Iknowaghost19 they didn't arrest him for anything he said, he was arrested when he broke the rules and was asked to leave, and when the police were trying to get him to leave, he caused a bigger scene than the one he caused BEFORE getting to ask anything.... you want the truth about what happened and want to know what he did before the cameras started rolling on him, go to my video at my channel and read the description underneath.
@Daaru23 It does to me. especially when the cops were just trying to make him leave.
You are thnking "inciting a riot" is more than it actually is. All it means is that he's yelling and being frantic in a crowd when there is no reason to. it doesn't mean that he WANTS the crowd to rito. It means he's acting in a way where they COULD.
All he's being told to do is leave, yet he's preteding to be arrested and assaulted amongst a crowd. That is dangerous and illegal.
Why were they making him leave for asking questions?
I'd be fighting if cops are arresting/moving forcefully me without giving a charge...
They cut his mic, and they ignored Kerry's permission, so they lead him to believe he was being removed by force. And look, I don't even have a legal degree to see something COMPLETELY fascist here...
@lusulpher They wern't making him leave for questions. If so, why did they let him angrily rant for a full minute after being told time was up? Why let him ask questions at all considering it wasn't his turn in line when he grabbed the mic & demanded to be heard?
They did NOT ignore Kerry. kerry is the reason they let Meyer speak in the 1st place. He was already told to leave. Kerry DID answer the questions. Mic was cut for saying "blowjob".
Top two comments are bull shit. Freedom of speech. No one deserves to be tazed for expressing them selves. Maybe he should have gotten kicked out, but to get arrested and tazered. Tazers fucking hurt
@devil4244 He was approached by cops several minutes befre that, when he grabbed a mic out of turn while another student was talking & refused to leave before asking a question (they were taking last question at the time). At the beginning of the vids, he's surrounded by cops & ACCENTmembers. When they told him time was up he started yelling & refused to stop talking or to let Kerry reply. When he said "blowjob" you see moderators motioning to cut the mic. That is why they removed him.
people, the mainstream media is turning us against eachother, and we are being brain washed into what they tell us what we can and canot do. They have poisond our minds with lust, greed, dependency, etc.. Just look what they provoke. This is new world order, and believe it or not, the bohemian club is very real. Type-full alex johns bohemian club movie. It is the Illuminati, and even if you are an athiest you will find the footage alex caught very sick, and evil. eventually all of u will wake up
they had no right to kick him out in the first place, people have the right to speak the truth, and speak in general. there's no limit to free speech...,qoute from gandhi;"many people, especialy ignorant people, want to punish you for speaking the truth, for being correct, for being you. never apologize for being correct, or for being years ahead of your time.If your right and you know it, speak your mind. speak your mind. even if you are a minority of one, the truth is stil the truth"....
@67chevy7 They had plenty of right to kick him out and none of it had to do with his line of questioning. They let the guy speak for 3 times the time limit & it wasn't even his turn at the mic. Enough was enough. Then the idiot fought instead of leaving.
No one punished him for asking questions. That is complete nonsense. Kerry even spent a good deal of time answering Meyer once they got Meyer removed. He wouldn't evebn let Kerry reply & flipped out when they told him his time was up.
He had no reason to be asked to leave in the first place.. He was not endangering anybody or speaking against anyone or the facility itself.. simply stating facts and asking questions. There are limits to the right to free speech, I'm pretty sure he maintained himself within them.
@eggomiego BS He broke several rules and was being a jerk. They did indeed have the right to tell him to leave and he was then legally obligated to do so.
Had nothing to do with free speech. hell, he was allowed to speak for a full minute after they told him his time was up a(to which he pitched a fit) and it wasn't even his turn. He had shoved his wauy to the mic in front of other students.
@eggomiego Of course they ca. Why do you think Meyer served 18 months probation? He was KICKED OUT for his behavior. Arrested for fighting instead of leaving. How is that so hard to fathom?
@mamacornettesmoney No, not hard to fathom. Just lost sight of the fact that this was in the good old US of A, where 1 in 100 people are incarcerated.
@eggomiego He was incarcerated for a few hours and they TRIED to get him to leave without having to arrest him. So your comparison is ridiculous. All he had to do was adhere to a few simple rules of conduct or leave. Instead, he chose to make a huge scene and get arrested. He had PLENTY of opportunity to ask a question then listen t the answer and even MORE opportunity to leave peacefully without being arrested once he was kicked out (the 2nd time).
@mamacornettesmoney Obviously he broke some silly rules, but really.. were all of the consequences really necessary? "I'm not done yet, I have TWO more questions" Two questions? Really? Was that too much to go over his time limit for and get arrested for? And if I heard correct, I hear in the background "That's alright, let me answer his question" I'm sure if he would have heard the answer that was ready to be given he would have then left the microphone for the next person.
@eggomiego Requiring people to wait their turn in line & to allow the speaker to respond is "silly"?
The only consequense was leaving the room. Yes, it was necessary since he was yelling & refusing to let the speaker speak. He got arrested for refusing to leave & trying to get the crowd to think the cops were arresting him. Of course that's illegal.
yes, Kerry DID answer the questions once they got Meyer out. There was no "next". The student he interrupted was asking last question.
@mamacornettesmoney Cool. Analyze it all you want, it just seems that if the speaker says "that's alright, let me answer his question" then it isn't as big of an issue to the speaker then your making it out to be.
@eggomiego ?? I never said Kerry thought it was a big deal. He clearly did not. I saw the video, you know. I read the transcript. Kerry answered Meyer in great detail after they got Meyer out. He didn't mind the questions at all.
Kerry didn't kick him out. The people running the event did. Read "What Youtube doesn't show" by Dennis Jett (UF Professor & moderator).
I'm not making a big deal of anything. I'm just relaying why he was kicked out. People running the event have that right.
***RED FLAG!*** We are living in a police state.... I can not believe no one stood up and fought for their fellow citizen... when your rights are violated mine are too!
@007nikster2 He practically begged to be tased. All of those theatrics while they were trying to simply make him walk out, followed by numerous warnings after they finally had enough and arrested him prove he had ample chance to walk out without a big deal bieng made (and hell, before that he could have simply asked his question, heard then answer then walked out peacefully) add up to the fact taht he CHOSE to be arrested, then tased. It's not liek he didn't have ample chance to avoid it.
@mamacornettesmoney no. they didnt give him a chance to walk out. they apprehended him. they couldve told him to just walk out, that would have been nice too
@007nikster2 What do you think was going on in the whole minute between the mic being cut & when they started to handcuff him? they weree trying to make him leave, but he wasn't listening. he was screaming to the crowd, pretnding to be arreted. If he was under arrest, don't you think they'd have told him so? Prodeuced handcuffs? They DID tell him to walk out. & that was the 2nd time that day. he had already refused to leave the first time.
007nikster2 your comments prove not only your complete & utter ignorance of the facts of the matter but also your complete disregard for them once they're given to you. Pathetic.
Reycied and Arlithian are a bunch of ass kissers ITS CALLED FREEDOM OF SPEECH POLICE CAN NOT ARREST U FOR SAYING SOMETHING UNLESS ITS A THREAT HE DIDNT THREAT ANYONE and then they tased him for no reason NO REASON they could have easily carried him out and i hope them cops got susspended at LEAST
@jeffg24LT21 No, the copps didn't get in trouble as they did nothing wrong.
He was NOT arrested for saying anything. that is nonsense. And YES, they had reason to use the taser. they only spent 60 seconds warning him that they'd use it if he didn't stop resisting. That was after quite a bit of effort to get him to leave peacefully which he refused to do.
@sNfb5Tbqqkp7rTmg Hey, people know when to act. In this case they rightfully let the police take this ass out. I was cracking up along with a couple in the audience.
Fuck the police.

His time limit was up, he went over it by several minutes. So the school called security/police to have him removed. And they were doing their job. There is no brutality, there is no abuse. They even warned him before tasing him, and he continued to resist.

No one punished him for asking questions. That is complete nonsense. Kerry even spent a good deal of time answering Meyer once they got Meyer removed. He wouldn't evebn let Kerry reply & flipped out when they told him his time was up.
mamacornettesmoney 3 months ago
He had no reason to be asked to leave in the first place.. He was not endangering anybody or speaking against anyone or the facility itself.. simply stating facts and asking questions. There are limits to the right to free speech, I'm pretty sure he maintained himself within them.
eggomiego 3 months ago
@eggomiego BS He broke several rules and was being a jerk. They did indeed have the right to tell him to leave and he was then legally obligated to do so.
Had nothing to do with free speech. hell, he was allowed to speak for a full minute after they told him his time was up a(to which he pitched a fit) and it wasn't even his turn. He had shoved his wauy to the mic in front of other students.
mamacornettesmoney 3 months ago

mamacornettesmoney 3 months ago
@mamacornettesmoney No, not hard to fathom. Just lost sight of the fact that this was in the good old US of A, where 1 in 100 people are incarcerated.
eggomiego 3 months ago
@eggomiego He was incarcerated for a few hours and they TRIED to get him to leave without having to arrest him. So your comparison is ridiculous. All he had to do was adhere to a few simple rules of conduct or leave. Instead, he chose to make a huge scene and get arrested. He had PLENTY of opportunity to ask a question then listen t the answer and even MORE opportunity to leave peacefully without being arrested once he was kicked out (the 2nd time).

The student he interrupted was asking last question.
mamacornettesmoney 3 months ago

Folks, CONGRESS can't take away your right to free speech. Ok?
If you are in your parents house, they can take your right away.
Teachers at school can...police at public forums can(especially if you cause a scene).
