I found this more helpful that your second vid because I can actually see the notes for the final section of the song, (like the first section, but remains in 3/4 time for the fourth bar) which no-one else on youtube bothers to play. Thanks a lot mate!

Actually it's an electric piano;) It's sort of a mix between keyboard and piano. Like a an eletric organ. You wouldn't call it a keyboard if it was an electric organ right?

Actually, that is a piano, has the same sized keys and probably the same, for want of a better word,  as piano keys. It's just electronic so it can be smaller and have different effects.

A keyboard is just an instrument designed to replicate a piano without taking up all the space and money that an acoustic instrument does. Why would you care if people call it what it's designed to replace?

The basic chords for the verse just alternate between Ebm and Db all the way through, the interlude is Bbm,Fm,Gb,Db, through again, then Bbm,Fm,Ab,Gb,Ebm,Db. It really depends how you want to play it. If you're playing it on a keyboard with automatic backing rhythm, I would suggest a harpsichord sound with "jazz waltz" rhythm.
