to your question about 2 innovators and 00 gundam,0-raiser and 00 gundam might've docked inside the ship and blasted garazzo and gadessa w/ its laser beams,that was so quick!!

then 00-raiser assaulted regnant(w/c is being piloted by louise)stabbing its GN-blade II to regnant's GN field then blasted the other blade,that's where setsuna was undergoing innovation as being said by the gadessa's pilot

im pretty sure if u look carefully u see louise and the retreat with the two innovators which are in there escape pods, indicating setsuna owned them and then killed anew, well thats wat i read about on a forum not sure if its accurate

I think that Tieria isn't linked to Veda after first season because Ribbons asked him if he wanted Veda back at the dance.

The Gundam Meisters didn't use their trans-am because they were probably afraid of using it too soon because they don't know if there was reinforcements or not.

ribbons and tieria are original innovators and ribbons created all the others which is probably why he can control them, ask for the trans-am the team was probably being cautious of the new mobile armor so they didnt use it, but they probably would have messed it up if using trans-am instead of getting owned by Louise
