I prefer the other Cherokee shuffle you've posted. The one with the bone saddle sounds brighter, I prefer the sound with more bass. Its' the sound I like.
yeah i got the bone one on it now,my arm is closer to where it needs to be, straighter, i wouldnot have noticed but someone pointed it out and it did make a difference. just wishi hada good cam though, thanks. keep pickin

both of those were recorded with an old canon a520 camera that has video record and tiny mic, about 150.00 then, we now have a canon 110x retail 399.00 maybe i see how it sounds on it
thanks , no i am not using capo, and close to standard 440 tuning, in G. I have just about kicked the bad habit of my wrist being smashed agianst top, lol, I want it to just barely touch bridge, almost not, with my forarm straighter from elbow to wrist. The sound , well its from a canon powershot camera.lol.I am saving for a zoom h2 or such and one could hear the true sound , thanks and keep pickin
Sounds great! Very nice version of the song. Are you using a capo? I couldn't tell. As for the saddle question, either one. The main part of the tone is going to come out of you anyway. Making the notes last longer is the key, imo. Anyway, great job!
this one sounds better i think... but which one has a bone saddle which one is tusq? i want to buy either tusq or bone since my new takamine will have plastic (YUCK) and i'll be buying brass or tusq bridge pins and a bone or tusq nut
