Im not bias towards either side of the import vs dolmestic dispute, but its pretty obvious the civic missed a gear or had some sort of mishap.  An 04 GT with those mods arent that fast anyway. Thats putting you maybe pulling slightly ahead of a stock LS1 f body. A bone stock civic wouldnt have gotten pulled that hard.
