I have to agree. Lolita is great for the first couple of hours, and then fades into that generic powder smell. Not that Rochas Man is any better as it dries down, but to me it is more entertaining and pleasant during the initial blast.

I finally get a hold of this limited edition today. I don't know if there's something wrong with my bottle but on my skin, this is like a way water down version of the original. They smell somewhat similar but this one to be dry down too quickly with minimum sillage while the original is a monster. The original to me smells really complex and changes so much and last for a really long time. If the original is a tiger then this one is just a little kitten.

Marc, you were right man, this is a freaking masterpiece. It freaking oozes "sex-appeal" my woman loves this shit on me, it turns her crank something fierce. She's only really felt this way about another fragrance, and that is M7 by YSL. Marc you need to do a Top 5 Panty Droppers. I just mentioned two for you, what are the other three?

to be honest? Rub anise on your body... much cheaper than this.. but somehow a friend seems to like this scent on me.... i have the original bottle and its like more than 4 years old.. its intact... didnt change the smell at all... less synthetic frags last longer i guess....givenchy pour homme do not last this much.... but i love the bottle and lolita makes awesome frags.. in fact i spray this on my bed b4 i go to sleep and some on me... just 2 sprays... and i sleep well....

man.. i was in a cologne store here and the sales rep sprayed it all over me on a hot day noon.. and it blew out my brains totally.. shot up into my head and made me dizzy.. its sweeeeeeeet frag..the liquorice screamed.. and top notes were heady atleast for me..its bloody hot here..but its a crazy and nice frag for party or cool nightout..

I just bought a whole bottle of this and wow.. This really is a crazy scent (Something I didn't experience in the sample). The scent seems to constantly hides away, then boom, its comes back. Really is quite a entertaining fragrance.

Though I have to say.. the top part of my bottle is really fragile. o-o Actually popped off the whole top portion accidentally when taking it out of the box. (1.7 oz bottle)

This stuff is the best. Probably one of the best fragrances of the damn century. It's like a mystical dark fantasy dream. If you are into that kind of dark dreamy almost Tim Burton-like feeling, then this is your stuff. AMAZING.

Nice 1 Marc. Body Kouros with aniseed is what i get. I got the 100ml bottle of this a few months bak on the net for just £20 ($35) over here in England, its like £50 ($90) in the shops!

I heard a while back that this was supposed to be a fairy-tale themed fragrance. Which it definately is! The black licorice, violet and anise def gave me the feel that this came from some different world. all i get is a freight train of licorice at first, but if you like that then go for it. i have to try it again sometime.
