Sorry, but I don't know who JMS is. By the way KevJumba, I'm 3rd generation Korean/American from Chicago. As far as Cho, that was a low-class blow! Many people died and families are suffering because of it. That incident was horrible, but had nothing to do with Koreans as a whole. He was just a horribly disturbed soul. i eat mine differently. i place rice with lettuce and meat, then i put this one paste sauce in, thats the way my mom made it for me. but in korea, they just put the meat in the lettuce. i always thought you added rice in.

You don't have to put rice if you don't want to. It's a matter of prefrence. I you don't want to many carbs from rice you just put the meat for a high protien diet only.
