  • Ron Paul maybe right about us not wanting a war, but we should not sacrifice our principles just to avoid one either. If someone threatens you with violence you don’t capitulate, you stand your ground and you threaten them right back.

  • Do a Youtube search for Bloody Hands by Phil Bellante. It has a Ron Paul sound byte during the bridge.

  • I agree with Phil but as always he is very over dramatic.

  • Why are people so afraid of Ron Paul?? He speaks the truth and we are all so brainwashed by the propoganda in this country that we cant hear the truth when it is spoken!! We should ALL BE CONCERNED as to what is happening in this country concerning our CONSTITUTION and the BILL of RIGHTS!!! READ THEM people!!!!!!!!!!

  • "Military men are dumb, stupid animals to be used as pawns for foreign policy." Henry Kissinger

  • I always liked Phil Donahue. Even though he's a liberal, he always gave the opposing view a fair shake on his show. He had the late great Milton Friedman and Ayn Rand on his show several times. Too bad all liberals aren't as civil and open to debate as Donahue.

  • @BRYAN351 he still looks good- I hope Romney listens to this

  • @BRYAN351 I remember watching late night talk shows and Donahue during the day when I was like 11 years old-he was fascinating then-probably because he was Danny Thomas's SIL and married to "That Girl" aka Marlo Thomas...maybe that was the fascination...but thing is he's still the best of all those talk show guys he makes so much sense!

  • @BRYAN351 Hahaha, Why are you using the term liberal as if it is a disease? I mean if you did that in any other country you would be laughed at. Btw, the United States was founded on classical liberalism.

  • @LearningAsIGo80 I pointed out that he's a liberal because I'm a Libertarian, and I find most liberals to be close minded to rational debate, unlike Donahue.

"Liberalism" doesn't mean today what it meant centuries ago. Today, to be liberal means you're a socialist on economic issues, and very tolerant/open on social issues. A LIBERTARIAN, which is very similar to a Classical Liberal, is a strong believer in TRUE free market capitalism, despises socialism and tryanny, but are socially liberal.

  • America is the bully of the world

  • @ramirez509 that's how we see it in europe

  • Strangely, for those old enough to remember, we have been concerned over Iran's nuclear program since 1979 and we have heard the very same arguments we hear today except today we have crazy people in D.C. who are willing and able to start a war. Additionally, if you look at the various plans for regime change throughout the Middle East were made over 20 years ago. Watch out that those Warmongers don't fool you again, but that is what they are depending on, their ability to fool Americans again!

  • You people have no idea the sick twisted realaties of war. The pain, and moral degration of innocent burned children, and mamed and killed families, who have nothing to do with the corporate conflicts of war. I'm not a pacifist but to go to war and cause so much suffering and pain is Satanic in nature. It is funny the number one supporter of Obama, is also the number supporter of Romney, Goldman Sachs. Romney has been paid by corporate interest, and there media prostitutes only to get Obama 4mo

  • I can assure Piers that Ron Paul nor his countless supporters can be accused of being pacifists! We are passionate about freedom. Freedom cannot be defeated. One can limit it for a while, can even take it completely away temporarily, but can never be defeated. Can't rule the 99 percent with war mongering and scare tactics. It has never worked anywhere in history. It ultimately fails. Lets fight with Ron Paul against those that wish to halt the voices, actions, and lives of the American people!

  • Racist craka.Go kill that bitch who didn't swallow you. Then kill yourself you fucking slimy sleaze ball closet homosexual bastard.

  • Of course Paul was against fighting WWII as well. So in Piers words Paul is "weak"

  • @shadow27b Actually, Ron Paul, unlike most, is well aware that our government spent years before the war trying to back the Japanese into a corner, it worked. If you read Dr. Paul's book A Foreign Policy of Freedom you would quickly see that Dr. Paul is not "weak" on defense. He states that it is the duty and responsibility of the President to defend this country and that he is authorized to attack if there is a verifiable and present danger to this country.

  • @shadow27b If you look at WWI, you will see that both sides were running out of resources and would have sued for peace had the U.S. not entered the war. With "our" victory came the Treaty of Versailles, which became the primary focus of one failed, unknown artist named Hitler and the rest is history. It can be argued that if the U.S. had never entered WWI, there would not have been WWII, think about it. Please, by all means, read A Shattered Peace.

  • @republicae The international banksters who actually have been controlling America since 1913 made sure we entered WW1 because war is highly profitable for them. War = debt = profit for banksters. Plus, their main goal was to create a framework (League of Nations) for global governance. The League wasn't passed, so they had to have WW2, which created the United Nations. Those same powers that be financed Hitler's rise to power, and the 1917 communist revolution.

  • @BRYAN351 ,,yes you are right. "UNFORTUNATELY", no one in this country reads a book, the Schools teach "LIES" , the kids grow up stupid, there minds corrupted, set them in front of a TELEVISION, PLAY STATION, anything that will divert their minds from the reality that is destrying AMERICA. the adults are to busy earning a living or watching dancing with the stars.

  • Is it "courageous" to send other people's sons, brothers, husbands, or fathers, off to war, while the people who cause the wars sit back in their comfortable digs and move their chess-pieces around?

In my view, anybody who votes for war, and anybody who sends troops into battle, should be required to pick up their helmets, rifles, and boots at the door and lead the charge on the front lines.

Only then will we get to know what's really worth fighting for.

  • @ken26133 Then you should consider Ron Paul. You and he are like minded.

  • Who REALLY runs our world? search "israel Did 911" and search "ZionCrimeFactory" for proof.

"US Rep. McKinney has accused the pro-Israel Lobby in America (AIPAC, ADL, etc) for ruining her political career. She refused to sign the pro-Israel pledge from Congress and took a pro-Palestinian stance. Because of this, she said “war was declared” on her by them. In 2009 she told TIU's Ognir that “more than 99% of Congress work for Zionist-Israeli interests.”

    w(dot)zioncrimefactory com/jew-world-order

  • Phil.D. A voice of reason and sanity in an ocean of madness

  • Dwight Eisenhower was right The military has ruined our great country .We are a fascist regime

  • @Obufuc The point is to take the country back. Ron Paul is asking the American people to stand with him while he does just that. Try supporting a solution instead of making futile statements about the "way it is", become a part of "what it is going to be instead".

  • @luckisalady1 I am 60 years old and have been voting for Ron Paul since before you where born

  • @Obufuc

    sorry I missed that

    when was @luckisalady1 born?

As I am 15 years older that you maybe I miss stuff you get? lolz

  • If you don't vote for Ron Paul then you better have a good plan to survive the mess we're going to get into with Iran, China, and Russia vs U.S.

  • @TAMYCRON thats the pacifistic attitude hes talking about and it is dangerous. if we let foreign threats push us to elect certain leaders we are accepting defeat. Im still voting ron paul because a war with iran is for israels benefit i believe. not americans

  • @TAMYCRON VS N.A.T.O and Israel and South Korea not vs U.S

  • Thats right. Ron Paul is actually risking his LIFE by running.

The least we can do is support him.

  • Phil Donahue still looks great and is very sane as he always was.

  • If you are on your knees and pleading with a tyrant to respect you and treat you fairly, you have already lost. Expecting a tyrannical, lawless government that has already stripped you of the constitution and bill of rights to respect the rule of law and the democratic process is delusional and divorced from reality. At this point your only choice is to get up off your knees and face the tyrant with a steel fist, he won't respect you any other way.

  • "I will vote for Ron Paul" people say. I say, sure, in a democracy, but you people are living in a cleptocracy. You can't elect who you want because it is not allowed. First they will slander him, then marginalize him, then steal the votes, and if Americans vote 100% for him then they will assassinate him. You are not allowed in the game because it is their game, their money, media, white house, government, country and we are just the slaves. How dare we challenge their mastery over us.

  • @xristo702 Very negative even if playing at sarcasm.

The only way to the path to liberty is by standing up, shaking the other persons hand and saying what ever we think are our differences we must UNITE vs the common enemy.

Slay the common enemy and our differences look small and we can then discuss them and come to mutually beneficial solutions

R3volution matures the people to THINK clearly.

  • @sophiah88

"Nothing that results from human progress

    is achieved with unanimous consent.

And those who are enlightened before the others

are forced to pursue that light in spite of others."

    Christopher Columbus

    (1451-1506)

Genoese explorer, re-discoverer of North America

  • @sophiah88 In other words, do what you gotta do, and if its the right cause, if it is for the right reasons, others will fill in where you need them to be. That is Ron Paul's entire game plan simply stated. He built it, now how many are ready to fill those places?

  • @luckisalady1

    YUP

Desperation can create heroes real fast, little things like hunger, homelessness, seeing ones family wasting away, getting beaten up and raped, sleeping in alleys with a few dozen others. fleas and lice, TYPHUS.

There ARE good people who would step up but are not yet desperate enough.

Arnie and Bruce turn into raging equalizers when their loved ones have been slaughtered by the baddies and the "law" is a farce.

sooo... yes there are those who will fill in

  • Its ALL about the Israel lobby....screw Israel and the neo con Jews, Likud can lick my ass

  • Santorum looks like freaking Joe Isuzu.

  • We Need more wars and bombs to keep America safe from 9/11/2000 type terror on a daily basis that would happen under a Ron Paul presidency.

  • @TheHomelandDefender Ron Paul for president David Duke for vise !

  • @firstwave2 David Duke is an anti-American.

  • @TheHomelandDefender are you the type of shit that floats in water or sinks?

  • @TheHomelandDefender

I checked out your channel; you are a frigging Zionist Jew!!!!

Stranger in the camp folks. We got a traiter mocking the home land, Sound the alarms!!!!

  • @TheHomelandDefender more war and bombs will make the USA even more hated, making it open to attacks, not keeping it safe.

all your country is doing is israels dirty work anyway, how is it in the interests of the US to attack these countries in the middle east that will never be a threat to america, it`s all about those nutters in israel.

ron paul is the only candidate who would put an end to this madness, as for the rest of them, it`s the neocon policy of war war war.

  • Ron Paul is a fascist who hates America and wants to surrender to terrorism.

  • @TheHomelandDefender

You come off as an immensely naively-stupid, crass, ignorant, gullible, controllable gun-toting brain-dead American. Or are you a deliberate lying piece of shit?

  • @TheHomelandDefender you are a fool.

  • @midwestcharm, Santorum is a shifty eyed tragedy waiting to happen. I can see this guy just completely losing it should he become CIC. He's the tyrant all the FEMA camps were built for IMO. And he is being supported by big jesuit groups, same as Hitler. 'Nuff said.

  • Why are some people respecting Phil Donahue now, myself included? Has he changed any of his views? Could it be because we now understand that he was right all along?

  • Donahue spoke about Santorum for less than a minute. The rest of it was rather profound, sincere, and intelligent. We should capitalize one the opportunity. This is a once in a lifetime offering from Phil.

  • Dona pooo finally said something worth a shit - amazing'

  • Does anyone know where the rest of this interview is? I'd like to hear the whole thing. It looks like it was cut short.

  • I'd like Piers to ask Phil about the White House now linking Iran with 9-11. Perhaps he did at some point in the show, I don't know. I'd force lib Donahue to admit Obama is in lock-step with the "right-wing warmongers."

  • I would never have believed I'd ever appreciate something out of the mouth of Phil Donahue, but he had me on this. What's right is right and he and RP get it. And it shows that, at least on this issue, there can be real agreement among the intellectually honest l&r wingers. Sadly, the majority of Americans have become comatose with mindless entertainment distractions and dem/gop fear mongering. Group-think Zombieism if ya like. This is a deep problem.

  • and this video brings tears to my eyes. I'm welling up

    Ron Paul 2012.

  • I've just got a newfound respect for Phil Donahue.

  • Nobody takes Rick Santorum seriously, and rightly so. He's a loser.

  • @ReviewsByErik

And Anti-Gun... He's Brady Bill all the way...

  • @JACKNCOKE223

Ron Paul NEVER ONCE voted for any piece of legislation that would infringe on gun owners’ rights. Instead promotes:

    * Legislation to REPEAL the “Brady Bill” & the so-called “Assault Weapons Ban.”

    * Authorizing legislation to end U.S. membership in the United Nations to ensure American tax dollars are not used to fund global gun control schemes like the farce“Small Arms Treaty.”

    * A bill allowing pilots to carry firearms for protection and prevention of attacks.

  • @luckisalady1

I was talking about Santorum being a gun grabber... Sorry, I should have clarified that... I've been on the Ron Paul Revolution bandwagon since 2007... Veterans for RON PAUL!!!!

  • Ron Paul is not actually aanti-war. He just wants Congress to decide it, not the President. The Constitution Rules OK, or rather, it should do.

  • How is Ron Paul's foreign policy dangerous? US President Ronald Reagan spoke in support of Paul's foreign policy views in the early 1980's, stating "Ron Paul is one of the outstanding leaders fighting for a stronger national defense. As a former Air Force officer, he knows well the needs of our armed forces, and he always puts them first. We need to keep him fighting for our country." RON PAUL 2012!!!

  • Santorum: Bomb all muslims, kill all gays, and put all blacks in jail. Santorum is unelectable and nuts

  • Bomb anything that moves and eventually it will all be done with drones and sweaty fingers on a joystick from thousands of miles away, the futures using robots to police the planet like a prison.

  • They are playing expert psychology on you. When guys like Judge Napolitano, Jack Cafferty, Phil Donahue, Jon Stewart, Bill Mayer, Lou Dobbs, Jay Leno and many others promote Ron Paul you can be sure its with the blessing of the network - for media as mind control is the most powerful tool in the arsenal of the elite. That power is closely and jealously guarded and meticulously controlled. This is why swat teams would show up at your house if you were to break in on transmission.

  • @SuperJV4x I disagree - there's a HUGE 'Market Share' in the RP camp, and some are capitalizing on it.

  • @Psychictaxi Like who? Goldman Sachs? The 'Market Share' in the RP camp are self-made entrepreneurs, little guys, like the rest of us - not getting Government Contracts, and 16 Trillion Dollar handouts - mowing lawns, making signs and tee shirts for RP or like the Daily Paul setting up a Community for those who love Liberty and a true free market. Time to wake up from the Trance! For God's sake, Ron Paul is the only People's Candidate.Romney thinks Corporations are people. RP 2012!

  • @Psychictaxi where did that market share come from? you think million upon millions found out about RP from youtube? which is an intelligence front in any case.

my question to you - are you even willing that what I say may be true? because if not then there is never any chance you will see it to be true. This is not unlike the phenomenon that makes it impossible to convince the average person of 911 truth - One cannot see what one will not see. this is the case with RP revolution.

  • I disagree with Phil's comment, "You can't use an anti war platform and get elected." I'm pretty sure Obama won with one.

  • @JohnChristopherPike

Sadly, he got elected because the powers that be knew that he was just as gung-ho about war as Bush.

  • @JohnChristopherPike Both Obama and Bush won with anti-war platforms and... well... the rest is history.

  • @MojaveDan The difference of course is that Ron Paul actually means it.

That's why he scares the establishment so much.

  • @JohnChristopherPike Obama wasn't advocating a policy of non-interventionism. He promised to end the war in Iraq. The occupation of Iraq is another thing. It's a game of semantics.

War is almost inevitable when a country starts putting economic santions on other countries. Obama has no problem with sanctions.

Obama has no problem with propping up autocrats that do the bidding of the U.S. government. Obama is an interventionist. Both party establishments are interventionist.

  • I don't want to give black people money by giving them someone elses, I want to give them a chance to earn it"....Let's modify that that and see how wealthy/whites/corporations react..."I don't want to give wealthy/whites/corporations money by giving them someone elses (through exorbitant tax breaks/bailouts), I want to give them a chance to earn it.....

  • the wicked are clever enough to know - all it takes to win you over is 2 put someone out there speaking some truth - & that you will be so thrilled to hear mainstream media finally "speaking the truth" - you will not ask questions such as "why are they doing this?" - 4example, Fox is still Illuminati -So why do they allow Napolitano to go out there and say the US gov is rogue? Why does ABC give publicity to Alex Jones by inviting him on the view. You must think they are stupid children.

  • @SuperJV4x hold old are you? just curious

  • @87webdev lets just say I was aware of the NWO before the internet was even a concept.

  • you people are so easily fooled - Donahue is a poster boy for mainstream sheepledom. You really think he is going to help the cause of truth? Fox and CNN allow some of their hosts to praise RP. why? Jon Stewart, Jay Leno, Bill Maher have also given huge publicity 2 RP. They r just stringing you along with false hope - if RP were a threat he would be instantly killed - They know that as long as there is hope in someone like RP that you will refrain from open armed rebellion. So it serves them.

  • @SuperJV4x No one has a monopoly on the truth. Donahue does have a lot of views that are establishmentarian. He is a statist. It doesn't mean that he has bad intentions. He just believes in big government.

None of the above means that he can't also be opposed to an interventionist foreign policy. You are trying to put people in boxes. It's not that simple.

  • @joepeeler34 Do not think that tv personalities are free to promote as they like. Media is a carefully managed branch of military intelligence employing the top experts in human psychology. The problem is, in my view, that RP patriot movement fails to understand the intelligence and determination of the elite.

you say no one has a monopoly on truth - yet some people love truth and some are liars. Donahue is one of those liars who, for example. uphold the official view of 911.

  • @joepeeler34 remember Dick Morris coming out a few years on Fox ago saying the conspiracy theorists were right about NWO? I have watched closely since that time and I can tell you for a 100% fact that the elite r engaging in a campaign to expose the NWO - (as well as 911 truth) its very sophisticated and serves a purpose on multiple levels. People are not understanding how smart they are. and its discouraging because I understand now that they cannot be stopped.

  • Who knew I agreed with Phil Donahue? Wow. GO RON PAUL!!!!

  • Whos the dumbass that disliked this?

  • @usmcpound Rick Santorum

  • @usmcpound i just disliked it now

  • Peace=dangerous=1984

  • RONPAUL=OUR ONLY CHOICE

ALL NEOCON GOP & OBAMA ARE THE SAME. They Love Wars & Permanent Detentions, They Love Burning US Constitution, They Love NDAA, SOPA, Patriot Act, FISA & Spying on Americans, They Love Torture, Killing families w/ Drones, Guantanamo & Drug War, They Love Corporate Bailouts & Subsidies, They Love Giving TRILLIONS to Pentagon & War Industry, They Love Zionists, AIPAC & sending Israel TRILLIONS, They Love Fed Reserve and WONT Audit it, They Love Fascism & they ALL take Bribes

  • IRAN SIGNED the NPT(Nuclear nonProliferation Treaty), IRAN JOINED the IAEA(International Atomic Energy Agency), ALLOWS IAEA inspectors to their facilities, IRAN did NOT Invade ANYONE, IRAN doesn't have any nukes.

    WHILE:

ISRAEL REFUSED to sign the NPT, ISRAEL REFUSED JOIN the IAEA, REFUSED to allow IAEA inspectors to their Secret Illegal Nuclear Facilities, ISRAEL invaded all of their neighbors, openly commits genocide and ethnic cleansing against the Palestinians & ISRAEL has hundreds of Nukes.

  • @iCitiz3nP0vv3R2 Not so sure I would call it genocide. I'm pretty sure that when the day is done, they end up killing the same amount of people. What does anything you're saying have to do with the video anyways?

  • @usmcpound

The video was criticizing the Neocon/Zionist Lunatics that want to start a war with Iran, and as I pointed out in my comment Israel is the threat, not Iran and yet Iran is being attacked which shows who's in control of your politicians.

  • Wow runningchance, because of that well thought out argument and all the facts you bring to the table, you have changed my mind and i am now i will be voting for the pro choice, pro socialized heathcare, candidate and not the true constitutional candidate.

  • @CinciBengalsScout Ironically enough, your lack of typing and grammar skills makes you appear as incredibly stupid as the people you're ranting about.

  • Voters who want peace, a humane foreign policy, restoration of our civil liberties, an end to the war on drugs, sound money, balanced budgets, honesty, integrity and transparency in government, and a President wholly committed to Constitutional government can vote for Ron Paul. Ain't that difficult a choice.

  • Voters who want wars, torture, assassinations, "humanitarian" bombings of oil rich countries, indefinite detentions, drone attacks that kill the innocent, erosion of our civil liberties, domestic war on the people (drug war), out-of-control debt and spending, graft and greed, crony capitalism, pandering to special interests, bailouts, more of the same, must NOT vote for Ron Paul.

  • Beautiful.

  • This is how coalitions are formed to solve problems! And btw conservatives, being against pre-emptive war, being against torture, and standing up for the 4th and 5th amendments(against patriot act, ndaa), those are not exclusively liberal positons! Whoever wrote the Constitution (Jefferson, Adams, Paine, Madison, and otheres) suppoted these ideas!

  • Got to love these neocon, theocon and liberal losers who beat the drums of war. So when are they going to suit up or send their brats to die? The answer is never, but they have no qualms to send other people's kids to die. Oh and my favorite is from theocons who claim their pro-life, I didnt realize spilling blood all over the Middle East and parts of Asia in a mindless war was valuing human life.

  • I always liked Phil Donahue...and I still do. Such a good voice of reason to this day.

  • I'm from Grenada heh.

  • WELL SAID!

I'm for the Constitution, how can I be called 'crazy'?

We're supposed to be afraid of Peace ?

    RP 2012!

  • "I don't have a horse in the race - I'm British" ha!! ^_^

This is so beautiful to watch, the timeline in crumbling,

Hitler's timelock is failing, humanity is going to be free.

    How Ironic ;) R[̲̅ə̲̅٨̲̅٥̲̅٦̲̅]ution

  • donahue was run out of msnbc in the run-up to the iraq war because he questioning it while the rest of the sycophantic media was doing the establishment's bidding

  • @shroomingnewman

Yeah. Phil Donahue is a good and honourable man. The animals in power will never tolerate such a person.

  • Great interview. Even a clock is right twice a day but Ron Paul is right every day. Let's stop these insane wars. Who am I? I am a retired US Army veteran who served in the military for over 23 years. I will be voting for Ron Paul. Thinking men and women like Ron Paul but people who are not capable of thinking go to the media and are told who to vote for in this Country. I have seen enough dead children with no arms and legs, If these neo-cons want a war, then let them send their kids first.

  • It's fucking Donahue!!!!!!!

  • Ron Paul is going in one way or another! :D

  • piers is a fucking joke..he invited jesse ventura on his show only to try and debunk him for the whole interview.

  • Piers is just a tool. Piers is always against Ron Paul and tries to attack and discredit Ron Paul every chance he gets.

  • Oh man, I wish it went on more... wise words... RON PAUl 2012!

  • I used to be one of the religious right prior to the Iraq war, thinking of Muslims as zealous religious fanatics who wanted to dominate the world by enforcing Islamic law everywhere. After all, that's how the Christian right understands their religion too, albeit thinking that their ways are the ways of peace and progress. However, thanks for Ron Paul in 08 that I have bee freed from the fanaticism and cult of the evangelical right.

  • Piers Morgan is pathetic sucking up to Phil Donahue when he is one of the main offenders trying to ridicule and smear Ron Paul every time he gets him on his show.

  • any more?

  • A reasoned perspective from the great Phil Donahue.

Even a liberal has to acknowledge that Ron Paul is the only one in politics speaking out against war and speaking up for civil liberties.

  • A REAL MAN - WHERE ARE THE REST OF THE AMERICAN CELEBS - THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES STAYING HUSH

  • Wow that was pretty awesome. The time has come to give peace a chance! Ron Paul 2012

  • @LibertySource ...and Piers Morgan admitting that Ron Paul is made to look bad because, after you wash away the lies, it's because he supports the Constitution of the United States... what does that tell you about our unfortunate citizens that we call brothers and sisters. Brainwashed by f**ked up media pushing fear and 'world order'. Continue waking them up Liberty Source.

  • RON PAUL 2012, AMERICANS.. PLEASE!!!!.. And also, please don't let them assassinate this one.

  • @rsfrj don't drink the kool-aid

  • PEACE !

    VOTE For RON PAUL 2012

  • VOTE For PEACE !

    VOTE For RON PAUL 2012.1

  • VOTE For PEACE !

    VOTE For RON PAUL 2012

  • Thanks, Liberty Source, I was just waiting for your upload to this one!

Phil Donahue SUPPORTS Ron Paul's policies... HIS FOREIGN POLICIES!!

Im so surprised that Piers didnt stop the interview when Phil began talking about Ron.

    He's such the, "commie"!

  • Well said, let's get Ron Paul in office.

  • @LibertySource Thank you, great upload. I can say I like and respect Phil Donahue now. So... isn't he kind of 'endorsing' Ron Paul?? Phil Donahue endorse Ron Paul... I like that. Ron Paul 2012!!

  • I knew I always liked this guy for a reason.
