No not at all. Believe me we have a hard enough time getting flight hours we need to get trained between deployments. Every mission we do back in the U.S. is for training. Such as this, navigating through an urban city with very restrictive airspace that is very communications intensive, much like when we are in Iraq and Afghanastan. It is a great opportunity for a new flight lead to learn how to manage his flight.
