I am really not certain that it is the suitable dietary regimen program for anybody, but DietOramy natural diet regime undoubtedly assists my father burn up all that unnecessary fat in the body. There is plenty of free info on the net on it, just use Google...
It's sort of hilarious viewing most of these online videos today when I'm finally not overweight any longer - my silver bullet is DietOramy eating plan (search Google) - that thing seriously helped me to enhance my entire body, well being and my very existence.
Oh hey! Have you thought about intellectus 424 diet (search on google)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my mate lost tons of weight with it.
Oh hello! Have you tried intellectus 424 diet (just google it)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my sister lost crazy amounts of weight with it.
Thank you; I really needed to hear this! I have been doing OK on a high raw diet for 9 months or so but every time I start to really think about what I'm doing, I panic and have visions of steak on the grill, macaroni and cheese, chocolate cake. And I didn't even eat those things that often. It's just the thought that I can't have them. I fear I could fall off the wagon and start binging at any moment :-) That's why motivational talks like yours are so important!
I eat fairly healthy, but I often think too much about what I'm NOT eating. I've been vegan for 8 months now and I get a little hung up on that sometimes. I just encourage people to eat mostly whole foods like you do, whether it be vegan or animal products. Less processed is def better!
I used tobe a rawfood vegan & for a while i felt great but over time it cause major deficiancies & damage to my health. I practiced it very religiously & did all the right things. then i discovered weston a price and became a balanced omnivore, iv never felt so great in my life!! i wasnt depressed, anemia and b deficiancy all corrected themselves! raw food vegan isnt for everyone, i still eat raw food but i also eat organice animals products..i feel better than ever.
Since u said u have added meat/animal products to your diet, would you please make some recipe vids on what you are eating now..this would be really helpful. thanks
Great advice :) the focus is everything. I simply can't believe that some people would rather focus on missing out on some dry bread served with cheap salami than focus on eating the best stuff available - Fresh, sweet, beautiful, delicious, nutritious fruits and vegetables. How does it get any better than that???
Thank you so much for making these videos... they've helped me a lot! I have a question! I'm 15, not raw yet (I'm going 90% this summer). I'm trying to lose 10-15 pounds. I don't want to wait until summer to lose the weight, but I've been trying since about September and I'm still the same. I have an insane appetite .. I think I could eat all day and not stop. XD I'm almost always hungry two hours after a meal. Have any advice? An idea for why I'm so hungry and don't lose weight? Thanks!!!
ANOTHER KEY ASPECT OF THIS IS TRANSITION AND DIRECTION. THE IDEA IS THAT LET'S SAY YOUR CURRENT DIRECTION IS A GOAL TO ACHIEVE A 100% RAW DIET. THE NEXT ISSUE IS TRANSITION, MEANING HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET THERE. IT COULD TAKE A MONTH, A DAY OR A YEAR....ALSO YOUR DIRECTION COULD CHANGE TO MAYBE WANTING A 90% RAW DIET. SO THE IDEA THERE IS TO KEEP A BALANCE WHERE YOU ARE UPGRADING OVER TIME AT WHATEVER SPEED WORKS FOR YOU IN A MANNER THAT IS SUSTAINABLE
You are SO awesome, Natasha. I've been dealing with this issue lately... I've been on a journey to becoming 100% raw (I'm now fully vegetarian, yay!), and instead of feeling deprived of what I'm leaving behind, I feel excited about all of the new foods I'm trying. Each day is a new opportunity to try something new. :) Thank you for your positive vibes! :)
Thank you so much! You made this video right on time!
I've been following a high raw diet for a while now and have been enjoying it, however my mother asked me to make her a list of foods I dont eat. I made that list and actually kept one for myself and kept refferring to it at least once a day. As soon as I started to do so I started to slip. My mind became filled with "no, no, no!" and I lost perspective.
I'm going to throw away that list and focus on eating well again! :)
@mediamst Give it a week, took me two weeks before I felt good, but HOT DAMN did I ever feel good. Your body has to flush all the garbage and get used to being healthy.
The proper substitute for glutenous grains is non-glutenous grains like rice, and millet. Also quinoa and amaranth are great non-grain, grain substitutes. Baked squash and potatoes are also good carb subs.
is whole wheat bred good for our body? i mean,i want to take that out of my diet and is IMPOSIBLE!...my body is craving all that bread and i love the taste and stuff. i really try to pick the good bread, without lots of ingredients. i also have another problem : i just started eating healthy but i really eat too much. i eat to many fruit,vegetables,...but mostly i eat A LOT of almonds. i eat them all the time and i really want to loose some weight. can you please give me a piece of advice?
@kawaiinails from research.. certain types of dairy are better because the adult system can break them down more easily....like yogurt because of the healthy bacteria in it that does not require as much lactase to break down lactose. Combining Vitamin C foods with dairy helps the body use & absorb Vitamin D . Also milk contains everything the organism takes in..if that is nutrient lacking food and lots of hormones and antibiotics like most non-organic milk does then you are now ingesting it too!
Hey Natasha :). What do you suggest a person do who works at a bakery!!!???!!! What a temptation. I am not raw but trying to take out dairy. Maybe I should just quit lol. But I do love the place. It's very creative and there is amazing food everywhere from other countries. I works at a gormeet kinda grocercy store that has organic/ gluten free stuff. Yeah I should probably quit lol... :(.
natasha thx i needed that!question i recently started eating raw as of today actually and i dont have a blender or juicer:( so i wanted to know im having a hard time coming up with a menu for myself for the day or daily i should say any ideas on what i can eat for dinners and any rich good dressings that dont require a blender thx
I used this approach years ago when I quit smoking, and again when I quit drinking. Instead of "I can't have a smoke break" I thought about saving money, better lung capacity, fresh breath, better skin, etc. Instead of "I can't drink anymore" I thought about better sleep, losing weight, more alertness, happier mindset, more active social life (as opposed to drinking at home). It works if you focus on what you GAIN. You're losing nothing worth keeping, that's for sure.
oh thats why i dont have any difficulties keeping up a vegan diet for years! i focus only on the things i eat. and the other things like meat just is no food for me. not eatable. like dirt or sth. thats just the secret.
You can add in all the positive thoughts you want but withdrawal symptoms are awful. Depression, headaches, fatigue, constipation, and cravings cannot be countered with positive thoughts. They are very REAL physical reactions and difficult to traverse.
This is why people fail - it is not just the emotional dependency on foods and feelings of deprivation.
Detox symptoms are not something that can be visualized away. People need supportive suggestions that address the physical sensations...
@akonyc31 I know it sounds mean but sometimes for me, when I am down on myself, I need someone to just tell me the truth and get me going. It's true, when we are detoxing, we're not going to feel the greatest but dwelling on our feelings and the horridness of it all will not make us feel any better. Just gotta rise above it. Just think of it like you are getting rid of all the horrid toxins you have locked in your body for such a long time..and now, you can feel and see it going away! :)
One thing I have noticed with changing things in my diet is, that my stomach feels so empty lot of the times..
I figure it has to do with changes to more things that are more digestable, nutricious etc, although I still love my bread (sourdough most of the times)..
I recently started juicing, after buying a slow juicer (omega vrt, since I live in Europe mine is a versapers), I have used it everyday since..

Have you heard of Stevia..? It's not allowed to call it a sweetener, so it's a 'supplement'..
Look it up, buy and try it.. For example, you can start at wwwDOTsteviaDOTnet
I have my own Steavia plant, and I love to pick a leave now and then, it's delicious..
Love to you and your baby
