  • omg sex ???

  • CO2 is a dead technology with the amount of pollution they create just to make one. Don't buy them. Propane versions are better.

  • @Jake5312 well thats a paintball gun most airsoft guns that use co2 cartridges are wal mart brand and are usually all POS

  • if u listen to the music you'd think is sounds like fart

  • Haha I have that same airsoft gun love it

  • hahaha at 4:48- 4:55

  • lol at 4:48- 4:55

  • lol at 4:48-55

  • I paid 25 dollars for this?

  • tool and die makers are freaking bad ass.

  • who knows the name of that rifle?

  • wow i have the same gun from the end on my desk

  • Interesting. I get about 100 good velocity shots from one 12 gram cartridge out of my colt defender bb pistol, then it starts to get low on power.

  • its fun to make rocket cars with those, just make sure you have horizontal stabilizers and verticle stablizers lol

  • looks like a dildo haha

  • "you sure that's a paintball gun?" lol

  • hahahahhahahahahhahaha!!!!!!!! the part where their bending the steel with the "white" lubricant looks really funny =]

  • lol cups into a real mans condom

  • I like the women narrator better.

  • The Induction coil is so intense.

I got an old splatmaster, and I can't wait to pop some CO2 caps in and go stealth!

  • The Induction coil is so intense.

I got an old splatmaster, and I can't wait to pop some CO2 caps in and go stealth!

  • i just bougt a set that fills up a mountainbike tyres in 5 secs. or so, very usefull for racing, 16 g. though not 12 g. like this

  • U can buy these at wal-mart...they shoot like 50 shots per cartridge

  • The metric system is awesome. I don't have to count fractions of an inch, I have centimeters and millimeters!

  • after shooting then what do to with a empty gas canned

  • what is the rated power of that induction coil?!? - jesus christ it must be huge to do that!!!!

  • It's very similar to how they make shell casings.

  • so basicly its liquid nitrogen they are pumping into it?

  • A pack of 5 cartridges at McSports is still $2.99, I am SO gald.

  • A pack of 5 of these cartridges used to be $2.39. Now their no less than $5.

  • WOOOOOO cross man i love that brand

  • Do you just throw them out when your done? Or can you refill them.

  • hey could you tell me the difference between a self-contained gas cartridge system and a CO2 bulb system i really need to know

  • where can u get them from

  • Wal-mart has em at the paintball/airsoft booth.

  • Canadian tire, or walmart if you don't live in canada

  • Meijer, walmart, any gun shop.

  • Wal-Mart, Canadian Tire, Zellars, and any other store that sells air guns or other stuff like that

  • walmart

  • Buy them on stores who is selling co2 powered weapons

  • lol a simpsons nazi

  • walmart, canaidian tire, pretty much any sports store that sells guns

  • @TheSimpsons1488 walmart

  • @TheSimpsons1488

    big5, sports authority, walmart

  • @TheSimpsons1488 sports authority

  • 0:58 to 1:20 the definition of sex proven by technology!

  • LOL!!!!

  • Lol yup thats ture

  • @JustBlowItUp8192

That and 1:27 to 1:37 Lol

  • @JustBlowItUp8192 i was about to say that

  • I made a reusable one once. I drilled a small hole in the side on the CO2 tank, soldered a bike valve in the hole and cut a hole in the plastic cover of my hand gun for the valve to stick out. Works great. Just remember to remove the valve inners ( stem) from the valve before you solder. It will melt lol.Keep a small hand held bike pump in ya pocket and you have a limitless air supply.

  • i bike pump would not get it any where near the pressure thats in it when its made.

  • @danasdaddy2002 very nice does it work with compressed air?

  • @danasdaddy2002 that's pretty cool

  • Very interesting

  • how much shots u can get with 1 of those?

  • It really depends on the gun. You'd get no more than 230 in any gun, and no less than 20 in any gun.

  • @sanbalV depends on the gun

  • @sanbalV depending on the gun 100-150 ish

  • what gun is being used at the end of the video

  • its a airmag c11 you can get them anywhere

  • crosman c11

  • @mastachief2 crosman c11

  • @mastachief2 the gun being used is the crossman c11

  • what co2 airsoft pistol is that they test at the end

  • its a airmag c11 i have one i got mine at gander mnt.

  • well it is a Crosman factory so i think its a crosman... check there web site

  • the crosman c11

  • @mastachief2 I don't think that's an airsoft. It looks like a Crosman C11. The C11 shoots steel BBs.

  • @mastachief2 is not an airsoft is a a bb repeater it shoots .177 (4.5) steel bbs

  • omfg 5 pack cartridges here in sweden costs like 5-8 dollars depending on store

  • @ValKornn

    LOL, i can get 50 for 24 euro's here in the netherlands=)

  • that was very interesting ;-)

  • A Crosman C-11 CO2 Powered BB Pistol, @480 FPS

  • 1:03 reminds me of something dirty....., that entire section actually.....

  • who uses all of them

  • they use CO2 bullet for paintball as a gunpowder

  • amazing=d

  • lololololollol 1:14

  • If liquid co2 is pumped inside then the internal pressure of the cartridge is about 800psi (vapor pressure of co2). My question is the volume of liquid co2 in the cartridge 1/3 the total volume of the 12g cartridge like bulk tanks?

  • @newcomer9747 I think it is gas only since those thin cans can never hold liquid CO2. As for the pressure in the can, I would guesstimate 300 psi. It is their own machine that has the bulk quantity of liquid CO2.

  • Seems funny hearing this show dubbed in an English accent

  • sounds better than how americans speak english

  • Ya i agree but i think a little Irish is in there too

  • two-ords ??

    haha

  • at the end its a Crosman C11 BB pistol

the one with the orange tip is the Crosman "AIRMAG" C11 airsoft which fires plastic bbs instead of metal

  • if they didnt make them look "shiny and new" they would be a lot cheaper

  • cool

  • I have that gun that they showed. Its not paintball. Its airsoft and they also make a pellet version of it

  • 1:04 - 1:11

  • Nice...now I know how CO2 cartridges are made.

Guess it's the same way for the 88grams...bigger cartridges though.

  • nice that some wants to put vids like this in i love to see how its made :o

  • tru dat.

  • It cant be liquified by cooling, but under Pressure it CAN, definitely, at Room temp it takes about 55Kg/square centimeter to liqify it ...well and to all American readers, unit conversion is your problem, everything non metric/SI is crap anyway.....

  • Amen to that.. who goes by feet and inches anymore ... meters ppl meters lol

  • Oh gee, I'm sorry I can say it's 68 degrees outside not 26.998567 c

  • @phuckpalface

then you just say 27 c *facepalm*

water freezes ar 0 c and lower

    it boils at 100 c

makes more sens then the farenheit system if you ask me

  • the whole world uses SI units because its relative to physical quantities around us, especially in engineering

  • the metric system is the best thing thats ever happend to the world it just makes sense

  • @Mrpsychotehpyro 55Kg/square centimeter comes out to 780psi but from what I understand, it should be 58Kg/square centimeter (830psi)

  • he sounds weird lol

  • @illegal7578

CO2 can be liquified. What you mean is that dry ice doesnt melt because the solid CO2 directly sublimates to CO2 gas without getting liquid first. But the other way round, when you pressurize CO2 gas, it gets liquid.

  • I don't know what dumbasses rated you down, but you're dead on- the way you explained it wasn't too clear though.

I gave you a thumbs up for being one of few people that provides decent information for other people, don't stop.

  • lol 1:13-1:21!xD

  • lol wow

  • 1:06-1:13...

  • rofl!! I did not pick up on the innuendo at first... thanks

  • Fantastic Vid. intresting to see the manufacturing stages throughout. two things though! i wanted to know how the cans were capped once filled, and ``LIQUID CO2`` ?, thought CO2 couldnt be liquified , as not an ideal gas!, maybe solid CO2! (DRY ICE)!

  • $1.50? You're getting ripped off, badly. They're normally like 50 cents a piece. On my Phantom paintball gun I got 51 shots once.

  • cost alot like $1.50 for 1 co2 or $1.25 but its fucken alot of money and they smell when they get shot offs

  • I bought a 25 pack for $15. Where the hell are you getting your figures?

  • 25 pack for $9.99 here

  • 25 for $10 here.

  • there like 40 cents

  • How much do those actually cost and how many shots can you fire with it? o.o

  • well depends...with a umarex co2 about 100 shots (very good) and with a standard crosman c2 about 40, if you leave the tubes inside the gun for too long (eg 24hrs) it might explode inside the gun causing damage and mess.

  • It's sad that the first thing they said the cylinders were for was paintball. Seriously, if your paintball marker uses powerlets, you need to get a new marker NOT from Wal*Mart.

  • It's sad that you think only WalMart guns run on 12g CO2.

  • @paintballmarksman i call bs good sir, lets see old school guns, stock class pumps, pistols, theres more lol

  • @paintballmarksman yeah!!!! phantoms!

  • @paintballmarksman i got an airsoft gun that runs on 12g CO2 cartridges, but it wasn't from walmart :D

  • @paintballmarksman do you mean only cheap co2 guns run on 12g co2

    +

  • true dat

  • I frequently watch "How It's Made" here in the States, so it's really odd-sounding without the American announcer who (in my mind) has become synonymous to show (to me)... Still, a cool segment.

  • sweet.

  • They can, but they'd have to do manual checks to see if there are not any dents or wear on them, I've seen an internet page that had a valve on it that worked in a co2 rifle. But I forgot the page. ):

  • they can't refill them because they can't go testing every one to see if they're in "new" condition.

awesome vid! I want to make that kind of machine for a living.

  • i wonder why magnetic field can heat up metals.

  • Now I really wonder why they are so expensive.

And why they cant refill them?

  • You can't refill them because you poke a small hole in the top. But if you want small and the ability to refill, than save up some money and buy a 13/30 wevo HPA (if you use these 12 grams for pump play)

    -MWB

  • There like 50 cents each, not really expencive

  • you can if you dont git those little 9oz ones

  • its more cost efficient to just buy new ones, and they are cheap at 50 cents each

  • there not expensive at all... 15 for 5 bucks...

  • GOOD QUESTION

the reason is that once the burst disc is broken it's almost impossible to put on a new one without damaging the cartridge. And to some people they arnt worth the effort (PFFT). It would be neat if they could be refilled using the larger 20 oz tanks with an adapter.

  • once you put it in, the seal is punctured and cant be reformed

  • They're non-refillable because of the seal used. As you can see, it's a metal foil... When loaded into a gun, this is punctured to let out the gas.

Refillable rounds could be made by using a valve instead, but this would make cartridges even more expensive. Plus, a 12 gram cartridge is too small to refill economically (cost of labor, etc)...

    Cheers.

  • well, it's simply cheaper to ake more, and they cost so much because they know you'll buy them anyway.

  • I bet a good deal of that cost could be accounted for. They would have to have pretty stringent quality control when making something that has to hold that much pressure. The manufacturing process also looks fairly involved, and I don't know what the cost of materials is.

You can't refill because they don't have a valve. It would be very difficult to put a pressure-rated valve on such a small container. The only way to refill is if you had a machine that re-capped it for you.

  • Thats super cool. :)
