Did Jimi ever play this live? Its such a killer tune! Eric Johnson plays it, and he said Hendrix's performance on the record is really magical.

IMHO, it is the BEST cover of this song I've ever heard including Eric's version. Give it a listen and then decide. I doubt few will disagree.
