The kid first of all looked uncomfortable on the board so i highly doubt he would be comfortable doing a good tuck that would actually help prevent the wobs. Also going those speeds standing up like that is easy if you are comfortable on your board and you can ride. What he should do is work on his ankle strength and becoming more relaxed while riding. once he gets comfortable and finds his center he is sure to win.
