I didn't think that mill was in use. I figured they would tear that down while they're at it. But yeah, good question. I did see the new development plans and it looked like they were planning on having that space available for condos (from what I remember).
Peerless Paint was located under the Oneida st Bridge near the old water treatment plant

it has not been in use for a decade. there is now going to be a condo complex.
my old man used to work for Peerless Paint way back, under this bridge. that factory is long gone
