  • very nice set up, first spin back kick to lower his hands. next is spinning heel kick to the face.

who says flashy kicks dosn't work

  • who is the opponent?

  • @153gmoney Stefan "Blitz" Leko

  • badr hari, lol

  • เขาเรียก จรเข้ฟาดหาง

  • fuckin nasty...

  • BADR HARI

  • Why did he drop his hands? No wonder he got hit

  • @dobberdoss Probably was thinking the kick was going to the body

  • badr hari badass

  • My son, Rocky GRANDJEAN does the same heel kick to Badr Hari . See the fight on my channel

  • @toche7777 and where is youre son now?,,,

  • First kick was to the body... So he obviously thought that the second one will be as well.

  • Badr Hari,he broke this dudes jaw here...

  • That'll teach him to get a proper haircut

  • i love it when you hear the inpact

  • BÚZÓRÁJT

  • its called a round house idoit

  • happens kinda often,causes confusion

  • 6 people are bailarinas

  • beast mode kick

  • is that badhr

  • This doesn't seem like it's 100% a spinning heel kick, almost a hybrid spinning heel/side blade kick

  • that is the only strike i use other then punches. i prefer to grapple but the heel kick is by far one of the most painful kicks, not to mention easy to pull off with practice

  • Awesome kick !!

  • That....has got to hurt.

  • excellent, excellent, excellent fighter but god he needs to learn some restraint.

  • BADR HARI!!

  • Comment removed

  • excellent technique!

  • THAI FIGHT TEAM NIGGAAZ !

  • Kamehameha-ed his face with that kick v.v

  • WOW

  • lights out

  • The spinning heel kick is op!

  • For the people who think thisguys a joke.

This guy is Badr Hari, he was 17-18 in this fight.

Now he's 27 and he's known for beeing the most technicaland probably the best fighter in K1.

  • @moussleouf he was actually 21 and he's now 26, and did you see what happened to him in the next fight, he got KTFO by a very similar move. And by someone from my country, yeeahh.

  • @imslimcrazy ...Peter Graham's Rolling Thunder is what you mean ;) Both great fighters no doubt. Defo in the top 5 for K-1

  • @moussleouf How about you go fuck yourself, chump.

  • @ARAGORN41

    how about sucking my 35cm HUGE ***** ? :p

  • Out Of The Money (:

  • @cmor6317 Black Ops remarks don't make sense on a video like this.

  • @cmor6317 Humiliated ;)

  • Chuck Noris Roundhouse KICK!!!

  • brutal. wonder if he broke his face?.

  • badr is so brutal and so technical, it's a scary thing. I'd have loved to see him in the GP this year

  • Fatality!

  • BADR HARRI !!

  • PWND!!

  • I can do this kick.

  • @sixstrings209 same here

  • @TheCraigWatson1

    Don't kick me bro! :)

  • love it :D

  • If you notice he set up the kick with the first spin kick. that one was low, so the second time he spun the guy might have thought for a second ..low. and then he goes high!!! beautiful set up!! i remember i saw that fight on tv live and thought that kid was gonna get ko'ed by the german k1 champ....then POW!!!

  • now that cool

  • Badr Hari is skinny! What is he? 185???

Didn't know he used the spinning back kick.

  • that was a sweet KO!

  • :0 hari looked really slim in the 2k5 WGP

  • nice kick and every stop saying ways about how to block it you were not that guy so theres no need to worrie merry xmas and happy new year

  • But of course, he's the pro & I'm not, so I might be wrong. But so far, you'll know you won't telegraph this kick if you feign first and use the kick as a follow-up, since your hook-punch pivoting stance is also the point in which a 'spin' begins. So, it makes sense to 'flow' into a kick than to just waste that pivoting foot by recovering into a neutral stance again. Different fighting styles have their own variations in the way this kick is executed, from speed to distancing. Just to note.

  • IMHO, there's a good reason why this kick is a.k.a. a spinning hook kick. If you look again d boxer in black shorts MIGHT have thought it was a left hook heading for him, so tries to parry it but it's a feign. From d left-hook pivoting stance, his opponent can simply continue into a spin & kick around his right guard which was down from the parry. That's why it "hooks" coz it goes around the guard + the pivoting of the foot. Been studying this vid & now I can snag a SHK nearly all d time too.

  • hmm..... i learn muay thai and i don't think the spinning heel kick is included in muay thai

  • @wowspa

  • @wowspare yes it is I also train Muay thai and we were taught that

  • badr hari bad ass guy. poor german fighter leco

  • @n9oh Leko knocked out Hari in their first fight by the same kick..

  • Holy shit how fast WAS that kick? Is it even possible to block, let alone dodge something like that?

  • surprised that dude's still alive. o.O

  • That first one was just practice

  • Of all the kicks, the spinning heel kick is the hardest one for me to do, I dont know why.

  • eeerm. For anyone saying "He should have stepped back" He did. It's in the SLOW MOTION !

  • Crazy powerful kick!

  • DID IT TWICE YESTERDAY BITCHESSSSS

  • Badr Hari!

Badr Hari is the fighters name. Moroccan from Holland. Great kickboxer.

    Check him out on HDNet!

Thats where all the greatest MMA and K1 is.

    <3 to HDNet

  • devastating lol ...this is a really quick kick, hard to block, very powerful if executed correctly.

  • One of my favorite kicks , this is used in TKD. Full credit to him. With the speed and power this kick can be devastating.

  • Cheenius - you could simply take a step backwards and eliminate all power from the kick and possibly open up an opportunity for a counter attack.

  • or he could have kept his hands up as well granted steping backwords would have been a better move but he seriously just droped both his hands and stayed in the same place

  • or you could step toward the guy for a takedown. could be wrong though. last time i went up against a striker i was literally seeing stars.

  • @UMALad69 Hari has really long legs and reach, and sometimes likes to punch at a close distance with hooks, making him dangerous at any distance and therefore makes it difficult to just "take a step back". His hands are super fast for his weight, and simply taking a step back isn't enough... Because of his reach you would have to take like 2-3 steps back and by the time his leg comes back down he would be ready for your attack. He's a pro, you're not.

  • @RegistrationCop,

Yea, I'm really working hard on this kick. Having more trouble than usual getting the height i want out of it though. Any tips for getting height on this particular kick? My problem seems to be in the hip flexors not the inside leg stretch..

  • @44rumblefish Well I'm not going to pretend to be a pro or know it all, but I will tell you the things I know. If you want height it also depends on how low you put your upper body. Like what I mean is, the higher you want to spin kick, the lower you put your body. It's kind of hard to do at first, but you should get it quick with practice. all balance.

  • @44rumblefish lean your head back kinda. your leg is going to be higher then your head in a spinning heel kick(if that's what you're talking about. if not sorry. lol).

thats only if you're going for the head though.

  • What's the name of this fighter again? I watched this on tv the other day and already forgot the dudes name.

  • badr hari

  • why hard to block the kick when u can take a step forward to minimize the power of the kick

  • @Cheenius you can be a stand up comedian

  • hes a pro and your a fag with a keyboard.. he'd belt you and you deserve it

  • @yewwtube words of wisdom friend

  • @yewwtube Who the fuck are you talking to the guy that posted the vid?

  • The greatest k.o in k1 history.

  • or he could have just left the ring and had sex with a big booty chick

  • Comment removed

  • yup. i guess he saw the other guys back and wanted strike but end up getting knocked out by a fast kick.

  • he put his hands down to block his body because badr hari hit him with a spinning back kick to the body a second before, and so wen he did it again he thought he was coming in low.

  • Comment removed

  • he could have, but in that half of a second you need to make a desicion, and blocking the body was instinct

  • @JohnnyV920

you don't block a kick that way in the first place.

you dash backwards and try to avoid getting kicked at all because a kick can break your hands or your forearm bone and then your shit out of luck 9 times out of 10.

dude should've dashed backwards and kept his face covered. no matter what KEEP YOUR HANDS UP.

  • @ABCisDANK yeah but i still think that @JohnnyV920 is right thou

  • @ABCisDANK Trying to block a kick is a great strategy. Just ask Frank Shamrock. ^_^

  • @ABCisDANK

100% agree with that, they still have gloves but without gloves this kicks are bones breaking.

  • @JohnnyV920 thats why badrs brains in the sport make him the best , tricked him :D

  • ....like you would have blocked it? -.-

  • Comment removed

  • it's not hard to block that? are you a k-1 fighter? xD

  • Comment removed

  • lmao...so you're saying you would be able to block that kick? yes or no?

  • Comment removed

  • umm....well doesn't it say muay thai @ the beggining of the fight? where does boxing come in, lol.

  • Comment removed

  • I'm not talking about keeping your hands down! NO! Keep them up! I'm telling you that you're stupid for rippin' on this guy for getting knocked out, and now all the sudden your talking about boxing?! Lol.

  • Comment removed

  • @24miggy24 well this would never happen in boxing..........because they cant trow kicks lmao, i made a funny lmao

  • @ThePopeye90 lol u said trow u sound like badr hari

  • @sirmiklo lol like a wut?

  • Actualy a spinning back heal kick can be hard to block, it can go right around your defenses. But then it puts the person doing the kick in an awkward situation if they miss... risky move.

  • i know it is me and this dude were fighting he was axting like he was all badass and could blok that, i know it's hard to block.

  • that look like a really viable way knocking someone the fuck out

  • how does this only have an average of 4 1/2 stars?

this should be like 6 stars.

  • respekt!devastating

  • this shit was awsome, so clean

  • Oooops!

  • man, it's a commonly used game plan to set that up, kick to the body repeatedly for a while, then when the opponent least expects it, throw one to the head, they'll expect another body shot, lower their hands to brace for it and BAM head shot!

  • That's right....some ppl on here can't understand that technique...they think he just dropped his hands for no reason...smh

  • badr hari

  • 2 robelwell88

true, that's the reason why it's so hard to make a good spin heel kick, 'cause at most times it's well forseen, but not this time, lad, when it gets to the jaw BAM! lights out!

  • lousy defence should of blocked easily

  • not really dude the good ones are hard to block let alone dodge, it hurts like heeeeeeeell!

  • well its just my personal opinion I seriously doubt that a good fighter would have got caught with that I'm not saying it wasnt a decent shot cos it was but the guy shouldnt have lowered his guard like that I guess he thought the kick was going to the body or legs or something & lol hurts like heel

  • Easier said than done, ASS

  • .......everythings easier said than done u FUCKING MORON

  • Then don't talk shit, ASS

  • I wasnt talking shit until u decided to start u dumb motherfucker. He made the fatal mistake of trying to push away the kick instead of just keeping his guard up solid.Watch again, you obviously dont know what u r talking about.

  • You don't know what you're talking about, ASS

Badr set that up. It wasn't any random kick.

At 0:06 you can see Hari throwing a light back kick to the leg

So when Hari turns again, Leko deson't try pushing the kick away, but he drops to protect his body. Instead, he gets caught.

DON'T TALK SHIT, WATCH THE FIGHT MORE, AND SHOW RESPECT - ASS

  • wow, u obviously have an obsession with ass dont u. Theres a whole 10 fuckin seconds between that first back kick and the one that catches him, thats not a setup u prick. A setup is within quick susession, say he throws a body punch to lower his guard THEN thows the back kick straight after to try and catch him out. The guy who gets ko'd shouldnt have thrown his guard down like that unless he knew 100% that the kick was going to his body, which obviously, he didnt.

  • look, I'm not takin anything away from the kick, technically it was a fantastic shot, I just think it should have been blocked, u wouldnt have seen say, Mike Zambidis getting caught with that. And how the fuck is he dropping to protect his body, u can clearly see hes attempting to push it away with his gloves, he isnt even rolling his body into it.

  • quit whining bitch

  • damm!

  • my favorite kick

  • haha!! he caught him hella clean2the jaw!
