Hi I need to change my bezel (the frame) on my blackberry storm 9530.. but when i took it all apart i seen the power button, talk button, and the menu button were sealed on the frame itself. I didnt want to play around with it too much as i dont want to do damage.. are those buttons just on the frame with glue or wires??? It was never taken apart before... please help!!!

@kittykatt4u The lock button on top has a click mechanism, try to take your storm apart and relocate it. Otherwise if it still don't work and you have warranty then get a new one using it.

if it is extractable, it means it wasn't there during production and if it wasn't there during production it wasnt a part of a unit but merely serves as an inserted unit which enhances the devices capabilities post-production i.e: sim cards, sd cards, extended battery etc etc

ahh I take everything apart and I usually do pretty well but just because I use this everyday and I need it I would most likely mess it up..I think my downfall would be taking the little cover off of the camera portion, Im sure I would end up scratching it somehow

If the screen stops working, why would you use the insurance and pay the deductible? You are incorrect. That is a warranty issue and can be replaced free of charge.

My screen has stopped clicking in the bottom right hand corner :( my cousin got hold of it with his little fingers and now it doesnt work like it used to. Still detects touch and will press in, just wont click like it should. :(

Dude, you just wrecked your storm with that flathead bit! :/  You can make do w/ fingernails if you don't have a plastic pryer. You should note that T6 bit; I wish I had one at hand when my phone took one alittle h20. Taking it apart now though thanx to your vid!

there is a difference the 9530 can be unlocked and used as a world phone but the 9500 is only for Verizon and doesn't have a sim card.
