hey dude, there's a much more pretty way of playing the intro. a guy here on youtube put up an incredible lesson. luckily i learned the whole song through him but he took it off just recently. its really easy but sounds much more elegant. let me know if you want me to show you somehow.

I've had it for a bit over a year now, still love it and I think it's sounding even better as it starts to age.

A couple things to note:

1) I had to play several different Masterbilts until I found this one. A couple of the other ones I tried didn't sound nearly as nice... which I think has more to do with how Guitar Center was storing them

2) With any acoustic that uses real wood (as opposed to laminate), get a sound hole humidifier or you'll risk the wood cracking as it dries out

Is that more in dry areas such as arizona?I'm in Wi and humidity is usally fairly high,other than winter months

I live in Michigan, and I'm using one. Like you said, the winters are rather dry, but, even in the summer, with my air conditioner removing a lot of the moisture from the air, I still like to have one. In general, I think they typically say your guitar should be kept around 40%-45% humidity.

I might not need it all the time, but, a $20 or less sound hole humidifier that I refill about once a week seems well worth the money for my $500 investment ;-)
