For such a large footage area it has little carrying capacity. Without the swiveling cabin it could make better use of space inside, you do not really need it to swivel to use the sideways parking feature. But like others said it would not work to well onside paved roads but parking would be easier in towns.

(Note it has no mirrors & is probably electric, the japanese would love it)

Needs to drop the Fisher Price Look and the goofy looking robot, make a high tech car that doesnt look like it came off the set of the teletubbies. The wheel system is quite revolutionary though, however this thing doesnt look like it would handle gravel roads or uneven terrain very well.

It'll be a car for drivers who'll drive in the city on almost a daily or nightly basis or near the city, they won't be somehow designed to be on highways or on countryside and that's why we've got the normal-shaped cars that will still be around for a very long time. Keep in mind mate, cars of today will always look the same in the future - and it's because of aerodynamics.
