@abbotone You can try cooking it with vegetable oil (or mustard oil)..We are not cooking olive oil too much though but i do see your point..adding in the end wouldn't work!
hey thanks for A really amzing video.............it was really easy for me to make the dish after i saw this video.....and the best part was i could find all the ingredients at home ........you didnt use anything fancy or exotic [unlike the other stupid chefs here ]and yet the saabji tasted really nice ......... thanks a lot
@strangerknockin :) This is a pretty easy recipe with carrots. Try it sometime. I am sure you'll like it...you can reduce/increase the chillies as per your taste.

can you add olive oil when its finished cooked because if you cook olive oil it looses its nutrients
