According to your profile, you dislike school and think it's boring. Given your comment, I think your boredom is misplaced. Ayya Khema is or was a Buddhist nun who spent many many many years meditating. She has written many books that have helped many people. I love her style of teaching. It is clear and concise and clearly illustrates her wisdom. Thanks for posting this video.

This is a very poor explaination of meditation. I hope she has attempted to meditate. There are many 'experts' who explain meditation, but don't do it! Best advice, move on to someone who knows and practices meditation. It's not a mind vs body problem, it's a 'mind' vs 'mind problem. Meditation will 'expose' to you, the mind under, your racinating/intellectualized 'mind'. The mind that connects you to the eternal.
