@xxTheShadexx GDI and NOD were around before Generals. The Tiberium series is what started it all. There would be no China & GLA without them. It was a science fiction game before it turned to that modern style and that was for only 2 games. They haven't made a Generals 2 yet and I have no clue if they will. It's not really needed since the GLA was defeated.

i was affraid this would happend. they mixed the RA3 graphics style with c&c4 or something. Very obvious when you look at shooting units. + the gameplay is not C&c anymore. Very obviously many people dislike the changes, im one of them.

Biggest pile of wank I have ever played, Been a huge fan of the c&c series up to and including Ra3, but this pile of crap isnt even a c&c game imo. Thumbs up for the best on of the series being Tiberian Sun, and the best looking, most fun Being Tiberium Wars, and Generals being something different that did actually work.

no, i did'nt play Tiberium Dawn yet, but i already heard that it must be real cool! -i tried Tiberium Essence, and i must say, it's a really great mod, too!!! i think i will check out Tiberium Dawn this weekend^^

C&C could be a great strategy game saga, but they seemed to be more interested in releasing great amounts of games than working out into something of great quality. Analise starcrat saga: 2 games in more than 10 years, and noneone could refuse the great success Blizzard has achived......

Command and conquer renegade is more rts, and better than this shit, ill go download renegade and build vehicles... there is tiberium harvesting and "a base" in which i can create vehicles in renegade...

i was affraid this would happend. they mixed the RA3 graphics style with c&c4 or something. Very obvious when you look at shooting units. + the gameplay is not C&c anymore. Very obviously many people dislike the changes, im one of them.

@DarkMoon191 yeah they kind of wanted to make a lvl system similar to command and conquer+warcraft 3 or so... i dont know, but yeah warcraft 3 is by far the only rts game that succeded in adding a lvl system, and made possible the creation of DotA

I dont understand why EA changed the C&C Generals to such a Red Alert mod!! I liked Generals mode it was so unik and so good. Please go back to the art of war!! the only game that i have been playing for 8 yeras now and i well play it as long as i can.

the most annoying thing is the way they ended the story...it could've been sooo awesome..lets say Overlord's second invasion of earth, ultimate three-sided war, gdi attacking scrin homeworld but noooooo instead of that kane phones home in ET style after some niga granny and crazy haired madman were throwing some flaming bottles at each other with 3-3 tanks at each side that look like ridiculous toys from ra3...daaah a got pissed off sorry ppl

Now given the current fail of strategies what would everyone think if a strategy game came out that had:
many factions, big maps, many diverse interesting units, base building, no pop cap , land air and sea units, vehicles that can run down infantry, A long and interesting story with an in depth campaign, and as much customization as possible.
If A strategy game had all of the traditional things, combined with great graphics. What would your answers be?
