To clear up some confusion here, Bob Calvert wrote the song about Hassan I sabbah who used to drug his followers and then lead them into a secret garden. This he then told was the Garden of Delaights. And that he was GOD like. He then got them to murder his appoinents. Calvert had a history of mental health problems. Cant say which venue as the dvd was filmed in Liverpool, Manchester, Bristol and Brixton.

I don't think a lot of you understand the history lesson being taught to you by Hawkwind. Persian assassins were given copious amounts of hashish before they were sent out to kill. Hence the Middle Eastern word "Hashashin" which in english means assassin... and that is also where the word Hash is derived from.
