There was no Gundam vs. series for playstation.

The first title was for Dreamcast and Playstation 2 and it was the most successful one of all the series.

For a 2 vs 2 human battle for an arcade game, it wasn't as shitty as u might think it is. Because skills include both individual and tactical(how you keep creating a 2vs1 scenario is a key point to win), just this title doesn't focus much on tactical, due to the critical new Next Dash System.

Oh, have to note that the first console port is actually the second title of the arcade version, which was mostly a tweaked version of the first one. (Gundam DX), and you can still find many people playing org. DX in Japan and Hong Kong

i guess that other than giant robots, the two games doesn't have anything in common because as to date, system of gundam vs. series is still unique and does not have any other alernatives except the upcoming Sengoku Basara Battle Heroes(Devil Kings) for PSP next year which shares the same system

They're two entirely different games; AC is an in-depth action sim, this game is an arcade fighter. By the by, without Gundam, there would be no Armored Core. So next time do a little research before spouting off ignorant shit, okay junior?
