  • Oh wow!! how sad..he lost his eye :-(..what a wonderful ending..he is sooo cuute!! :-) and you are an angel for taking care of these beautiful kittens..

  • There's a female cat at the barn I board my horse at. She just turned up a week or two before Christmas. My family was going to take her in and try and adopt her out after a while or have her live with us. But the owner of the barn wanted to keep her as a barn cat. -.- This cat is the sweetest little girl ever and the lady who owns the barn wants her to live in some hay, with occasional attention. She is soo crazy but we cant argue. So I pet her and play with her when I go to the barn. I have a

  • You are a great person! :)

  • I cry as I read this, so happy you were rescued & made well again! Words are not enough! I rescue and foster little sweeties like yourself, though many miles away. In the Uk, thank you to your foster Mum!!

  • God Bless You XxX

  • Bless you my dear friend. Your compassion brings tears to my eyes. Winky is precious. I wish you both many healthy and wonderful years together. I rescued a lone four week old male kitten from outside of work over a year ago and he has been a big part of my life ever since. He has a lot of Maine Coon in him.

  • this is what happens when ppl dont watch out for their pets. if you see a feral cat or kitten or dog or puppy, save it's life. It's the least you can do

  • Aww

  • Such a beautiful story. You are a genuinely good person. This made me cry for all the kitties who don't get rescued.

  • What a Beautiful cat glad U saved him and his brother. Wish more people could be like U ty jerseymetfan

  • I watched the video and it did bring me to tears. I too have taken in feral cats and I will be forever grateful for the joy that they have brought to my life. Winky is a lovely baby and I know you will have many, many happy years with him...Enjoy him and tell him you love him everyday!!!

  • finally this good boy found his home, I send many many hugs to you and winky too, Claudio and his 11 cats in the farm in Italy

  • did his eye cure ?

  • @Abrahamforce7

No the eye was gone when I got him. He needed emergency treatment to get rid of infection and close it up. He is doing great now in his new home

  • beautiful..

  • Awww... thank you for sharing this wonderful video. Winky looks so happy playing, I'm so glad you gave him a home. What a sweet adorable kitty. :) People who rescue animals are guardian angels put here on earth by God.

  • you made me cry, loving this video bless you, I wish you everything wonderful and fantastic, a little bit of love everyday will change the world

  • I said I was going to adopt kittens once I start my real life (Out of college). I'm gonna look all around the shelter for a kitten with a disability (Three legs, missing eye/ear etc...). When i see one, I'm going to adopt that cat and take care of it, love it, and make it the happiest cat ever

  • faved ^-^ what a darling and wonderful happy ending/beginning for Winky !! thx for sharing the inspiration w/ us

  • Its a terrible thing in this life when the best thing that ever happened to Winky was to be injured so that he reached out to your heart and became special instead of just one more feral. He's a lucky boy.

  • I was trying to catch Winky for weeks. Even if he was not injured, I would of helped him. The black kitten you see him playing with.. is his brother that was trapped 2 weeks before him.

  • Kudos to you!

  • bless your kind heart

    ;)

  • Aww... its sad what happens to animals.. the most hurtful thing is once they have a problem such as getting hurt or having one more toe ect. Nobody will want them. I feel very bad when i hear people say.. "Ew, look at that" Its very harsh. I am glad you adopted Winky i would of done the same!~

  • this vid moved me to tears thank you for saving and helping this cutie pie i wish there was more ppl like you in the world then animals would be safe you are truely a good person and i am soo happy he got a new home god bless you for helping hi

  • aww! adorable kitten!! Can you please please check out my vid? its exactly the same song with animals, i wanna make a difference so people will stop neglecting their pets!! :)

  • Sure, send me a video link (:

  • I live east of Dallas, Texas. Please, if anybody is interested in the kitty I have described below and is living in the North-Texas area... I am praying for you to contact me with a serious proposal to adopt this little cat. He is in desperate need of a FOREVER home. The cat that put his eye out was a pet belonging to a neighbor, she has refused to act and he in real danger and is no longer coming up to eat, but still meows at me from a distance, my heart is breaking.

  • Oh Robbie, I wish I was not so far away or I would help you in a heart beat. Winky was 100% feral when he was trapped. So your kitty should come around as well. Keep working with him. Have you tried a humane trap open with baited food for a while?

  • Yes but he appears to be trap wise. I have had a few wrestling matches with him already trying to get him all the way into a cage. I believe he has had the experience before. I will catch him eventually. I have held him... tried to put him into a cage with the stinkiest salmon I could find... and yet he finds a way to kick out a foot or two on the way in, he is crafty. He will not set foot into a humane trap.

  • I am desperately seeking a family to adopt another little kitty whose eye was put out. So far I have not been able to capture him but he DOES allow me to pet him in short doses. (NOT A FERAL). He had suddenly appeared, weak and with haunches that seemed, to me, malformed, probably due to malnutrition in kittenhood. This cat is probably not 2 years old yet, he is an orange tabby. I have been calling him Frito, I am trying to do TNR but he needs a HOME.
