  • oh i just assumed because you didnt have biceps video in the strength video...could you please tell me the bicep exercises you do? and since you say my schedule varies does that mean you do a different muscle group every day and how often do u work your abs then...once again i really appreciate it im trying to jump start my training program and you answerin these questions means alot to me thanks

  • i never tried this and never thought i could ever do this before i died. i tried it yesterday and realized i can do it. now ima start doin these everyday. great vidi kno i cant get that many reps out like you did

  • shud i do these type of pushups if im a 15 yr old and i want to boost explosivness but maintain my speed. or will it just stunt my growth. Im a guard so i want to keep my speed and agility but i want to get more explosive and i heard that if u work out u will lose agility.

  • Im not dre but, the board is to make the exercise harder because it unstable, and its perfectly fine to do i on the ground. a nicely padded or carpeted area is probably better tho.

  • the board makes it more dofficult because it is not stable like the floor. it does not "help-" you use it and do all the work. the board does nothing.
