  • Thanks for this question. I have been wondering about it. Good answer. :)

  • I suggest sun tea, or tea that is warmed by the sun. It takes a while and is easier in summer of course but its still yummy.

    Favorite tea is chamomile

I loved the Kale Whale idea ^_^

  • what do you guys do for exercise?

im starting Yoga, actually going to go for my instructors certification

  • I don't mean to be a nuisance but I would really like to know what your cat eats...

I would like to have one as well but in my country there is no such thing as "vegan cat food"....and I know that cats need taurine since they cannot synthesize it....

    Thank you in advance....

    GO VEGAN !!!! PEACE!!!!

  • green queen or kale whale!!!

  • Olive oil

  • Kale Whale!

  • the love bus

    :)

  • Kale whale!

and green tea as well as masala chai

  • the green machine!

  • Kale Whale is a great name! Oh, and my favorite tea is green tea. Also, I have a question about your cat. Do you feed him a raw food diet? I was just curious because since you guys are raw foodies I wanted to see what you fed to your cat and your views on pet diets.

  • hey guys i really ned a question answered...because I'm typing I'm debating whether to eat the dulse flakes i have with me. They say flouride: 11% of daily nutrition. Am i missing something... i thot floruide was toxic...or is this the "organic", naturally occuring one? I dont get it and i dont trust other info out there. Also, waht about iodine...it says 173% of daily value...i thot it was bad too? plz help! thanks

  • i dont know about the flouride, but as far as daily nutrition percentages, i know the daily minimums are based on the amount you would need to sustain minimum health, not to sustain optimum health. to the high amount listed is based on the government regulated numbers given to just barely live. and those numbers are based on grams (milligrams), not absorbability, etc...so dont worry! eat dulse and be happy. be a dulse queen. ciao. i believe the flouride is organic and perfectly fine too

  • hey my comment posted above in response to you. oops. check it out

  • i've heard dulce can have quite a bit of mercury

  • Kale Whale! I love it!!! And come to Virginia Beach lol

  • I meant Green Queen should be the name that you choose. : )

  • Green Tea is the winner!

  • *****!!!

  • Cacao, for the win!

  • Kale Whaleeeeeeeeeeee

  • Kale Whale! Johnny Five rocks!!

  • Kale Whale

  • wow, its amazing to find people that are actually down to earth enough to admit they are not absolutely sure all raw is best. kudos for that.

    thank you :)

  • kale whale totally!!! rock on

  • one guy told me once... i told him i was raw he said so smartly "don't think a little fire energy will hurt" and it changed the way i see it its just energy. but most people do need to cool off their bodies with plant foods. :)

  • Omg! Thanks Kevin, for answering my question I'm Ellie! I don't know why but I was so excited when I reaslised you were answering my question - lol! Sorry I should of explained I have been doing HIIT, but I do it at night because I like that I can do it in my backyard without anyone bothering me. What I guess I was getting at, is it sounds like Anne-Marie has a similar disposition to me and was wondering if HIIT suits her? But sounds like I should be doing HIIT in the morning instead.

  • I'm with you Kevin. I as well do not believe 100% raw is the way to go. Raw foodist are very informative and the raw food lifestyle is amazing if you can pull it off but it doesn't seem like we as humans can get everything we need from it!

  • Olive Oil

  • Blue Lotus Tea from the nile ... AWESOME.

  • Drinking hot/warm tea is NOT the same as eating cooked food. Eating cooked food is a major drain on your body and requires it to produce enzymes to digest that food. On the other hand, tea is not a huge drain on the body and does not require your body to produce a bunch of enzymes to digest it.

  • Balance is key for sure, I personally don't think a 100% raw diet is the answer 60raw-40 or even 70-30 is what I find works best for me. To each their own though. Great video

  • i agree
