Ahh I LOVED this as a little kid! This made me smile lol. I'm 21 now but thanks to videos like this I will always have vivid memories of my childhood :D My mom helped me make an outfit like that and I would dance on the sidewalk like that with my friends LOL

I could tell right off the bat it was a person in a dog suit. I wouldn't be surprised if it was the same actor that was in the Crazy Monster costume in "More Baby Songs!"

IMO, the guy that plays Barkley does a better job than this "dog"
