it's not a matter of will power... "just stopping". it's a matter of realizing that "the voice in your head" (your language machine) is not who/what you are. the word "mind" clouds the whole issue. it's just your language machine. once that is realized, the rest follows automatically... in time.

trying to catch your mind is like trying to catch your elbow with your hand ( same side of body ). just let it come to rest. sitting still and closing eyes helps. it takes practice. if you focus on something sublimely beautiful, it will help slow down the mind. the only sublime beauty that is permanent and imperishable is found within. inner light, sound, smell, and taste. when the mind becomes completely still, meditation begins ( samadhi ). Peace of mind brings incredible joy.

Ok other source.... Then my superconscious says RED LIGHT someone trying to download from a channel not OK negative feed. So Monkey mind says hungry

Ok so I get bored really fast so I taught myself as a child to think on several different levels. Now... when I was born I was telepathic and thought it was bad to talk so my mother took my to a doctor. He said I would talk when I was ready. So then my mother she couldn't read my mind I was devistated I had never heard of that in any of my lives???? my own mother???? can they fix that?

So finally I got down to meditations and I have trouble turning off the multichannels...LOLOLO Sad.
