Not as exciting? Eh, I understand if you absolutely find straight and symmetrical lines and extremely hardcore athletic dancing. I also prefer rhythmical music with correct phrasing over disco beating Madonna.

She looks like terminator. When she walks she looks like her joints are connected with metal pins. I was at Blackpool 2007 sat on the front row and she came towards me in the samba and i was actually scared.
Really you were in the first row? Did you know that usually only very good dancers sit in the first row like Donnie,Shirley,Marcus etc... I really doubt you are a top dancer and melia doesn't look like the terminator.
I was sat on the very front row at Assen last November and was absolutely captivated by their beautiful dancing and brilliant performance, I adore this couple.
:) I'm from the Netherlands myself.. quite a wonder how Assen is such a succes if you see that we haven't really got that much talented dancers in the Netherlands... I'm hoping to go to blackpool this year... just need to find out where to get tickets;)
Notice this routine is ALL basic. Fabulous. I was so captured by their performance that I only realized it was a basic routine after a few times of watching it. I thought it was the best cha cha in the whole Super Stars DVD.
another couple who realizes that competition dancing isn't just about flashy movement and tricks but about basics technique and elegance. just Michael and Joanne to ditch and we are set for some good dancing times:P

I was at the championship last year and i read in an article that a judge said yulia is really talented but michael and joanna have the strongest partnership.
