thank you...this is a great idea...i have looked at every easy-yo-make ring video i could find because i am a beginner (i've made 4 rings so far) ...I'm looking for all the ideas i can find ...you are the only one who uses this technique where the beads are wired down...!!! show me more!!!
FANTASTIC tutorial!!! I am so pleased to finally find some tutorials that are amazing. I am just starting out and experimenting, and I keep looking for more of your videos! Your tutorials are so informative especially for the beginner! thank you so much!
The ring that I am wearing is made how you would make a ring in my "One Bead" ring tutorial. You would cut a length of chain that would nicely reach across the width of the bead and over each bead hole.
As you are placing the bead onto the wire, you first go through the end link of chain, then through the bead, and as the wire comes out of the bead, you go through the last link of chain. Then you bring the 'bead/chain' to the center of the wire......
...and bend the wire on each side of the bead. Continue making a 'One Bead' ring following my tutorial. I have pictures listed in my jewelry shop. You have to google 'buyhappiness' to find my etsy shop. You can buy the heart chain at Artbeads online. If you would like to click the contact link on my site, and send me your email address, I can send you written tutorials with diagrams that I made for the ring class that I teach. Thanks again for your nice comments. Have a great day.
