you nknow what...that is what we call pathetic customer service I bet the aiport officials cared less that pple were missing their connecting flight!This is so Sad , they should infact change their name from international aiprport coz they do not know what that means!BACK up if you are going to serve international flights you should be ready and have a plan B incase of a power outage...sometimes you wonder how foolish management at the airport can be.NKT

These Stupid Civil Servants can,t run an Airport let alone a country that is why Countries such as Uganda and Ethiopia are superseding Kenya,Look at Bole International Airport,Know thats an Airport.I am a Kenyan living in the U.S and I will be in Kenya going to Mombasa and if this is what is waiting for me?What a Shame

if people lost their jobs when they failed to perform their duties maybe things would be different. what a shame, they go around the world begging tourists to visit, and they can't even run a generator!

Muhoho is useless, all these millions allocated to KAA and they can not buy atleast three new good generators??? bure kabisa, what a shame to our nation knowing Mombasa is the hub for tourists and first time visitors to our country. he needs to be fired for this.

@Mjawamatesokoyo and in Kenya who is such a beautiful country, was there in 2006, Kenya airways is a great five star airline but why are Kenyan airports so chaotic, cant Kenya airways manage them.
