Shockley has been on The Falcons practice squad for a few yrs and David Greene had ideal NFL measurables ( 6'4 225) and he never did shit in the NFL. When he and Shockley were at UGA they played with great defenses and all they had to do was manage games to get wins, Joe Hamilton put those Tech teams on his back and carried them to wins time and again. And his teams were not the ones that got in trouble for playing ineligable players that was the 2003 team that wasnt good anyways.

Explain to me how many 5 foot 10 qbs there are in the NFL. Joe was a great college qb there is no denying that no matter how much you hate GT, there are plenty of great college qbs with a lot better measurables than Joe that didnt make it in the NFL. The defenses at GT were terrible when he was there and he still won abunch of games. And UGA fan from 3 yrs ago I will give you Stafford and maybe Tarkenton but if you think David Greene and Shockley were better than Joe you are a moron

UGA has a bigger scandal than this Tech on almost every year. Y'all are cheaters. It's just an excepted fact. No one is ever surprised at a UGA scandal. Your academic standard for ball players is the NCAA minimum, while ours are one of the highest, and the highest of any team that wins regularly. Hamilton was unbelievable, we didn't intentionally cheat and it had no real effect anyway, and here's a joke. What does the UGA grad say to the Tech grad 10 years after college? Mornin' Boss.

Wow what were you doing in in 1999, he broke just about every record in passing at Tech. He wasnt the reason why the team lost in any of the 4 losses it was the bad play of the defense the WRs or the amazing talent of FSU. While Ron Dayne fumbled in 2 games that directly lead to losses. he had the same amount of passing yards as Vince Young and wasnt to far behind on net rushing yards. And Joe did that at 5 ft 10 inches.

Joe is my cosuin. He is doing well. Most of family memebers are around that height. I just hope that Joe will get at least one more try in the NFL. We have and had family members in the league. Retired Cowboy Drew Pearson, Courtney Brown, and Pearson Prealou. I believe that Joe will get another chance to prove himself. I know that he can do it.

thats good to hear, when joe was at Tech he was my favorite player, i had the jersey and everything he was something to see, i heard that he got cut from orlando and from what i read it wasnt fair at all. Did he want to leave orlando or was the coach just trying something radical, either way i hope he keeps playing whether in the AFL or the NFL.
