"Protect and defend the Costitution" - didn't she vote for the Patriot Act and Military Commissions Act? Isn't that hypocritical of her to say something like that and vote a differet way?

Nope. Not at all. The Patriot Act was created from an intentional fear-mongering strategy from old Dubya. Every time that idiot wants something, he simply ratchets up the fear machine, and dares anybody defy him, for they will be branded "unpatriotic" if they do. It's not only B.S.; it's an abuse of power.
