@GeneYuss3 A good thing. Some supplements need a fat base to dissolve and work in. Vitamin E and Co Q 10 for example. So along with being good for you they help other supplements do their job. The plastic cup has a carbon base so it dissolves in other carbon liquids hence the ring around the cup. So Omega B is a better solvent than Omega A.
