  • how lo9ng before u start seeing results from hair skin nails??

  • Does GNC hepls with hair?

  • @TheOuedraogo123 Gnc is the name of the company

  • Can you take stuff that has nothing do with hair..make it grow faster

  • @candyiluvcrisscross Humm Im not really sure!!

  • Do you mean 4,000 mcg??? In mg is way too much!

  • how long was your hair before you started the vitamins?

  • Nice job on the video looks good. When you have time come visit my channel!

  • Owww! Get Down! Awesome fricking video.

  • Also, steer clear of all chemical processes if you want healthy hair growth i.e bleaching, dyeing, perming/straightening etc. and don't use heat styling appliances.

It is amazing how healthy your hair will be if you just avoid these chemical hair treatmetns and all heat appliances.

Last point, try to use organic shampoos and conditioners on your hair without SLS. SLS has been known to cause hair to thin and fall out.

Many people do not know the shampoos they are using contain this chemical.

  • @ExoticCalli Thanks for the info!!!

  • @stdspm14

    You are very welcome :)

    I enjoyed your video.

And as a woman the subject matter is one that interests me. We all want to have healthy beautiful hair.

I am happy to share any info I can to help people achieve their goals.

Just to point out to anyone out there who might not know what SLS stands for -

SLS stands for sodium lauryl sulfate.

    All the best to you!

  • Just one side note.

I hope that people realize that diet is key to healthy hair growth, particularly the consumption of protein.

Without protein your hair and nails will suffer. So, I suggest that people begin with eating good quality lean protein with every meal to begin with and if you want to supplement along with that fine but don't expect a supplement to be your saving grace if you eat poorly especially with respect to protein restriction.

  • One product that I can say works for me hair wise is "Hair Skin & Nails" by Futurebiotics. I would recommend this product to anyone who is seeking a vitamin supplement for hair. I only used it for my hair as my nails are very strong to begin with. They did seem to grow a little faster but one side effect is from this product is that they started to peel which I have never had an issue with.

I have tried other brands in previous years but they did not work and made me feel lousy.

  • Im a white guy with long hair and I do agree, Hair Vitamins, plus Biotin and MSM are great for hair. You should add Vitamin E and Fish oil for hair too!

  • @RidirichdFlann I did do another Hair vitamin video, where i did talk about vitamin E. Thanks for watching!!

  • ´Thank you for this tips!,im going to bouy the hair vitamins, but where can i buy them? And can my kids use them too,12 an 14 years old?

  • @showtimegirl1 You can get it at whole food market, walamrt, or GNC. Yes your children can take them but I would only give them less than half of the recommended dosage for an adult

  • is it good for white people too?? all these vitamins??

  • @MissMaxine91 Anyone!!!

  • I've noticed it grows 1/2 an inch for non-black people. For us it grows 1/4 inch it's twice as slow from other races. I once went with no relaxers for eight months and ended up with 2 inches of growth. It should've been 4 inches of growth if it grew 1/2 an inch every month.

  • @sweetbiella Hair growth truly depends on many factors, including hereditary, hair care, and diet. I am a part of the natural community, so I follow people on youtube like kimmaytube. If you take really good care of yourself and you do not have any serious health concerns, then you can grow hair at the same rate as other races. For many of us black women, one of the major keys to having hair growth is keeping the scalp clean, moisturized, and wearing protective styles.

  • you're gorgeous :) and I have the same pills. they are amazing!!

  • omg please help...where can i find MSM POWDER??? CVS? WALMART?

  • @QUEkstep Walmart or GNC

  • This was a very helpful video, Thanks!!!

  • I myself use Vemma. Vemma provides a powerful liquid formula that makes it easy to get the vitamins, minerals and antioxidants you need to form a solid nutritional foundation. My hair has been growing really good since I been using it and so has my overal health. I got it at ninoschcaDOTvemmaDOTcom

  • @Ninachos Thanks for the info..

  • Im really impressed with the information that she's providing but, i do know that there is nothing like a good trim to keep healthy hair. Biotin is good though!!!!

  • Okay, I see.. Do you feel as though getting relaxers are a contradiction to the hair growing process? Im about to start a regiment just like yours because of my hair loss, but Im still trying to figure out if i should go all natural during this growing process.

  • Your hair looks really good & healthy! How long was your hair before you started?

  • @NiahNicole You will have to look at my Video Titled Hair Journey 1

  • why not more than 4 mg biotin a day ? some companies sell 5 mg a day

  • @charlesobama to be honest its up to u. I just said everything in moderation..

  • Vit B 12 contains biotin also

  • yeah biotin is really good for the nails

  • Great video!

  • omg lol that funny i take those same exact pills i started on the 16 of last month and i have to but more next week again pon the 16th ....i have gotten much results yet i guess i gotta keep on usin em most people say it takes like 2-3 months to kick in....im think im gonna get they hair skin and nails and the hair nourish vitamins from gnc at the same time it think it will be even better for my hair ....cant wait till nex week to get em lol

  • WHOA! That MSM pill is HUGE! lol...

  • can't swallow pills so I'm going to try to find liquid MSM.

  • Thanks for sharing. I've been taking MSM supplements along with soy ( Try soy pills...they are super cheap too..like $2.99) and my hair is doing well. I keep my hair braided b/c I exercise but I have lots of new growth and everythings growing in even and lush. I also suggest to people to increase their lean protein if possible b/c I always see growth from that so...extra beans, fish, eggs..ya know.

Anyway, thanks for the video. Post more;)

  • Hey thanks for the info. I actually did most another vitamin video. You should check it out!!

  • I use hair vitamins called Ultra Hair and my braids cant go a month without messing up cuz my hair grow so fast I haven't had a relaxer since January ... not plannin to for a while and will continue to take the vitamins

  • Will try the soy soon!

  • Thanks for sharing...your video was VERY informative!

  • Thanks!! Be sure to check out my latest hair vitamin video!!

  • Great video! Where did you hear that changing the biotin intake is benefical?

  • Thanks! I read up on it. Its similar to working out. Your not suppose to do the same workout everyday, because after a while your body gets use to that workout, and it requires more or something different to intensify the results.

  • Your hair is beautiful. Are you aware that biotin and msm are both blood thinners? Please be careful as I had to learn the hard way after having a tooth pulled and almost bleeding to death.

  • Really? i didnt know. Thanks for the update, I will look into that.

  • Yes. I'd recommend those who are on any kind of medications esp. for the heart to seek a doctor's advice prior to taking either biotin or msm. You are most welcome :-)

  • Very informative thanks for sharing with us.....

  • Hey sister, I like the regimen, and yes your hair is growing.

  • Your hair has really grown, it is very pretty

  • Very informative video...Thanks for sharing*

  • So that way your body will not get use to the amounts. It will allow the body to have a greater impact when u take different levels. Your body will never know what hits it. It will never get use to the biotin. Hope that helps!!

  • Great vid, Very informative. Why do u have to change your biotin intake every so often?
