  • I performed 'Oh What a lovely War' at college. I am a fan of British comedy. The world is a quiet place without Ronnie Barker. God bless his soul he left the world with a smile on its face and vaudeville tunes ringing in their ears. Now that is what I call pure genius. Unlike modern day comedy it has style and originality.

  • Another classic from the two geniuses!! Shows how small Corbett is at 1:29 though!!

  • Was he really playing the piano? I mean, he was incredibly talented, but I never knew he played as well!

Whatever - he was a true comic genius.

  • Brilliant! But then what do you expect when its the 'Two Ronnies' The script can not be bettered and the acting is superb. You watch one and you think 'This is the best!' then you watch another and you think 'This is the best!' What chance do modern attempts at comedy have against this!

  • NO ONE even comes close to The Two Ronnies in the UK today.

    These guys were truly BRILLIANT.

  • Brilliant :)

  • haaaa my grandad is called john mills xD

  • I am old enough to remember John Mills elder sister Annette, who also played piano regularly on TV, No relation to Gladys Mills of course!

  • Weren't they brilliant, makes you realise just what rubbish they show on saturday nights now

  • wow Ronnie Barker makes a really good woman : )
