he was referring to iraq, which he has been doing. he said from the beginning he wanted to up the troops in afghanistan. the only person who actually said they were planning a full withdrawal was ron paul.

But he hasn't pulled our troops out. How long has he been President and yet they're still there? What's more, since being sworn in he has increased the number of very expensive government-paid contractors there significantly.

President "Military Industrial Complex" Obama loves empire and has no intention of pulling the troops out of Iraq -- in fact, he never did, but he did say he would to get the antiwar vote.
